Island Breeze HVAC

Bar none, Island Breeze are on point when it comes to professionalism and proficiency. They are always on time, if not early and always leave my house with me being satisfied with the services rendered.

Our upstairs heating unit was not working. From beginning to end, Island Breeze was a joy to work with. They had 3 appts, after each one they said the unit was fixed and it was not. I had. 4th appt scheduled that they confirmed two times, including the night before. They sent me a note saying "great, well see you tomorrow." I took off work to accommodate their 11-2 window. When no one showed up, I called and they told me they cancelled the appt 7 days earlier. Now they are saying the noises we hear are not related to their repairs even though it did start until after their repair the exact same day.

Working with Island Breeze has been amazing. Have specifically worked with Shawn on multiple occasions who has gone above and beyond every time!!!

Sean explained to me what he was here to do for my system which I have checked annually. He ensures I understand all that's he's performing on my system and he answers my questions with ease. Thank you so much Sean.
