Island Breeze HVAC

We requested Island Breeze to come out and assess our heater since it wasn’t working. Afterward, we were told that we needed a new heat exchanger and that the part would be under warranty but the labor would be $960. We then called our home warranty company who would cover the cost of the labor. The. All of a sudden IB is saying all of the duct work needs to be replaced and it would cost $1,500. It is mind boggling that since everything was going to be covered by a warranty that IB had to find something to charge us for and increase the price. Ridiculous.

Island Breeze is a very professional, respectable and responsive company.

Great service. When the service techs come to the house, very polite, very professional. You can ask them any questions about the service they are performing they tell you in a way that you can understand.
