Company was referred by warranty company. They came out to do seasonal check back in Nov. Stated everything was fine and functioning properly. AC went out 2 wks ago and warranty company referred them to come out again. After their assessment they stated that the whole furnace needed to be replaced as well as thermostats and duct work. Totaling over $3000 to come out of pocket after warranty Company paid their portion. Home is only 12 yrs old. Requested a second opinion thru warranty company and they sent someone else. Come to find out it was only one part that needed to be replaced which was fully covered by the warranty company. Needless to say if we would have just took them at their word we would have been out over $3000 for no reason.
After 23 years our home AC finally kicked the bucket. I was really hoping that the tech could get the AC going for at least one more season but that just wasn’t in the cards. Island Breeze was on a mission to make this as smooth as possible and they conquered that and more. I really didn’t have to worry or stress about anything they took control and they knocked out the install, fixed all the NC code violations and had it all up and running in a day. I’m absolutely over the moon that I contacted them they were absolutely amazing and I have no reason to doubt them for a minute.
My A/C stopped blowing cold this week and I scheduled service with Island Air. The tech Joe texted ahead of time to let me know he was on his way, which I really appreciated. Joe was polite and friendly and had me back up and running in about 30 minutes. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely use them again.
I received great and prompt service from Island Breeze. The service repairman was professional and throughly explained the issues and next steps. The representative I spoke with via phone was very pleasant and efficient. I highly recommend this company.

I called American Home Shield because my heat pump stopped working. They assigned Island Breeze HVAC to do the repair.
The technician, Sean Washington arrived on time and was very professional. He diagnosed the problem (a clogged drain pan line). He cleared it and taught me what to look for and how I could clear it myself if it recurs, saving a call for assistance. He did offer another drain kit to reduce pan overflow. Since my air handler is in the attic, I want to minimize overflows and leaks and had it installed. He then did a thorough check of the system to make sure there were no additional problems.
