Worked with Island Breeze through AHS. They are scammers. They will quote you anything to make your bill higher. Take my advice and stay away!!! The reviews are true!

They reported to AHS items I didn’t need, sent me an invoice for items I wasn’t paying for and refused to update the invoice. Once I filed a complaint, the still didn’t correct the invoice fully and they forged my signature. That was it for me! Trust all the bad reviews unless you just want to waste time & money.

Right off the bat for the first phone call great customer service. They actually listen to you when you talk to them on the phone call which I found very impressive because not many companies listen to the customer or their clients anymore. I also like that it is a veteran owned company being a veteran myself I like to use a Veteran Towne companies that help support the Veteran community.

Too expensive. My parts and labor were taken care of and was still charged $2500, half the cost of a new unit. I felt I was being charged for unnecessary expenses to make up for the labor. A friend of mine is a state inspector and he installed my units. I was told that these additional cost were to get my unit to state code.
