Island Breeze HVAC

We had an issue with our AC. Using our interior home protection plan, American Home Shield, we ended up contacting Island Breeze. From the start, they were empathetic with our situation, and scheduled an appointment to come right out. The issue was diagnosed quickly, that we needed a new set of coils. They did not have the part on hand, however, they worked with AHS, and the part was ordered immediately. They stayed in contact with us while the part was shipping, and ultimately called us to set up an appt. asap as soon as they received the parts. They were here at 7AM, the day of install and we were up and running with cold air a couple of hrs later. The entire experience was outstanding and we highly recommend Island Breeze.

Technician was prompt and on time based on scheduled arrival time. He was personable and answered all of my questions thoroughly. His assessment of the repair issue was quick and repair was done completely and to a high degree. Overall positive experience and would recommend to others.

We have used Island Breeze for several years, and could not be more pleased. Each person we encounter, from the office staff to the technicians, is most personable and efficient. Shawn has serviced our 29 year old units many times, extending their life part by part, until this year, when he finally declared them to be DOA. We will continue to use Island Breeze for the new units, and yearly inspections.

Unprofessional and inadequate services. First of all the tech who showed up to check my AC system appeared sick and out of it. He checked out my system, initially he spoke with my son. I approached him before he left asking what was the problem. He provided a brief yet vague explanation of the problem. Later I received an estimate of several thousand dollars for them to fix the problem.
Needless to say I was not interested. I feel there should have been a more thorough explanation while he was at my house.

Service was very professional from start to finish. The technician (Sean) did a great job troubleshooting the possible issue and communicating with me about it. Once AHS assigned the work order to Island Breeze, the office called me within 2 hours to scheduled an appointment. Communication throughout was outstanding. They did a great job!
