Riley and team was very responsive. My AC unit died right at the beginning of Summer and they were able to get me up and going quickly and at a great price. They were super responsive, super courteous and thorough. I definitely recommend them

I must say Riley was everything I had read about him! When I tell you he give the best customer service ever! He made sure I understood everything that was going on and needed to happen. And the price was so reasonable which I greatly appreciated. I will be using them for any future issues I may have with my A/C. I highly recommend them to anyone. Riley is knowledgeable, thorough and capable. I appreciate the attention that he and Thermostat Masters provided to our commercial space. When we leased our space, we inherited a very old set of HVAC units. Riley got them in good shape and helped us to know what to watch for with them as we move forward. He took the time to document and explain everything. We are very glad to be working with Thermostat Masters to manage our PM and HVAC services.

Riley was right on time and very knowledgeable about the service I needed. I picked Thermostat Masters because of his knowledge of what I needed without trying to upsell me. Tore out my aluminum ducts and replaced with flex ducts. Now we can breath clean air again!

We unfortunately have had multiple manufacturer (Lennox) related issues on our system. Thermostat Masters diagnosed the issue, showed me exactly what was going on (leak in the compressor housing) and advocated on our behalf to confirm it was still under warranty. Their pricing is fair and they are very passionate about what they do. The young lady who answers the phone is amazing at her job and both techs we’ve worked with have been fantastic. In a time where I notice more and more that prices are increasing dramatically while quality of work is suffering, it’s a breath of fresh air to see the kind of care and attention to detail Thermostat Masters puts into their work. I don’t feel taken advantage of and I feel like they genuinely want to help get you back to your preferred climate.
