Ashley was quick to return my phone call when my AC quit working. She asked a few questions and gave that info to Jesse, a technician. Jesse arrived within 2 hours after my initial conversation with Ashley. He diagnosed and repaired the problem and was done in less than 10 minutes. I highly recommend Duke's Heating & Air!
