Carolina comfort has been completely effortless to work with from start to finish. Jose Sanchez the comfort consultant, I first spoke with, took his time and thoroughly explained all of my options to me. At the end of our consultation I knew that this would be the company I would choose for all my HVAC needs. Tommy Mitchell, and Justin who did the install were a complete pleasure to work with throughout this entire process. They worked hard and made sure to communicate with me and keep me in the loop as to everything they were doing. They worked diligently to complete the system replacement even in the rain. I will gladly recommend Carolina Comfort Air in the future.

I had two units replaces, an upstairs and a downstairs. There was a dedicated install team for each unit. Tommy, Josh, Anthony and Ryan made up the two teams. All very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They were very respectful of my home, were quiet, fast, and cleaned up everything when done. All done in one day. You would never know they were here. I am extremely happy with this company and would highly recommend them to anyone with HVAC needs.

I had an appointment for 8-12, they called twice to tell me each time how much later the service tech was going to be. He called and told me his ETA and he was true to his word. The tech was courteous and professional. He found my problem and walked me through the repair and price. Eventhough I have the service plan He still had to charge me for the repair , that I did not like! I did get a discount on the part needed. I hope in the future my appointments will be more timely.

Terry Hamilton, did an excellent job explaining the product and the installation process. Really good to work with. Josh did an excellent job on the installation. As promised, work was completed on time. They did a good job cleaning up. Very minimal level of adjustment on things after they left. I highly recommend them and the company that they work for.

Technician Juan Rivera came out today for our semi-annual maintenance and evaluation of our 2 units. Juan was VERY knowledgeable and explained what he was doing and what he had found in our systems. Very professional and personable. We then received a very detailed email about what work was done and what the findings were - as well as estimates for some future work that we may need soon. So glad to have been working with Carolina Comfort Air for some years now. Bob, Garner, NC

Our technician Derrick was on time and very courteous and professional. He diagnosed our issues and made several recommendations that would need to be done in order for the project to be completed.
Upon returning he and the 2nd tech (Kenny I think?) did their best to complete the job for us but could not due to more unseen issues underneath which we needed to address.
On the 3rd trip Derrick was shorthanded and just about completed the 2 man job by himself before another tech could arrive after finishing his project (didn't get his name).
These guys all were prompt, courteous, efficient and a pleasure to work with and we wouldn't hesitate to call them back in the future.
Wouldn't mind having Derrick do our Bi Annual maintenance if he can!

Tony did a fantastic job doing PM on my 3 units. He took his time and was very thorough. He found a preexisting issue that could have led to a serious problem. I would recommend Carolina Comfort Air, and will be using them in the future.

Where to begin...the whole experience was great from beginning to end. Tommy and Jason were incredibly professional as were all those we came in contact with. The work went exactly to the plan that was presented to us. I cannot tell you how nice and courteous our tech team was. They were very thoughtful and their work was thorough. If you are looking to have any work done on your heating and air systems...these are the people you want. I have had three other companies do work for us. They are well known names in Raleigh. They cannot hold a candle to Carolina Comfort Air. Too bad they don't work on cars!

I cannot stress enough how positive my experience was in dealing first with Brooks as my estimator and sales person and then, with my installation team led by Jesse! They were always on time, they were clean, the jobsite was kept neat inside the house, in the yard, and underneath. Everything was cleaned up, and all of the trash was removed and taken with them. They presented several different scenarios with different pricing in the beginning and then as I narrowed it down, we looked at some different types of applications to update the system and make it more effective in my house at my request. Ultimately of course I got a few other estimates. Most of them didn’t come close, but one was a little bit lower and Brooks immediately went to his manager to make sure (since I wanted to use them) that they were able to get me the best price! The equipment was put in within a few days. With the recently fluctuating weather, I’ve been able to try out both the heat and the air conditioning. Their work is solid. My grounds are in excellent condition and I am so happy- thank you Brooks, Jesse, and team !

Technicians Tomas, Brian and Ross came out to do an air conditioner, install that required several different upgrades. They were very professional, courteous and timely and assured the job was done in one day, as opposed to two days given the hot temperatures. I would recommend this company and these guys for service if you need it.
