Carolina Comfort Air INC of Clayton, NC provided outstanding service! They are customer service oriented. The HVAC installation was timely. The crew arrived on time. The crew and the main office personnel were friendly and patiently took time to explain and address any questions or concerns immediately. I would recommend this company to anyone. In my opinion, they are the best in this business!! Thank you, Willie, Jessie and the rest of the crew for the fantastic installation!!!

I’d like to share a wonderful experience I had dealing with Carolina Comfort Air today.The entire Stuff was courteous and responsive to my concerns regarding a recently installed system.Within a couple of hours of my call the technician Richard Samson arrived; very professional yet friendly and approachable.Not only he worked diligently to diagnose the issue and complete the repairs but took his time to explain the problem and answer the questions.He also offered a hand of helpful maintenance advice.Truly exceptional!

I used Comfort Air for a second opinion after I was advised to replace my HVAC. They fixed it for less than 10% of the replacement cost. It's nice to deal with honest and competent people.

Received our new HVAC system/install yesterday and i can only say GREAT things about Carolina Comfort Air in Clayton. Every experience from the first call i made to schedule an estimate, to the estimate appointment with Willie Mitchener to the crew who worked hard on the install...the customer service is wonderful and what every company should strive to be. Jerry Bunn came and did very good job I would say he is professional and has good knowledge
He did very good job and explained what he did we had some issues with controlling thermostat since the unit was installed but he found out and fixed the problem I hope would not have any problem later.
Also I thanks to the service team they took care of my problem and resolved.

Ramsey saved us on a weekend. He was on time, efficient, explained everything and got our AC fixed fast. He was great to work with.

Derrick just came out and got our system up and running asap. He was very professional, offered us lots of education about our system, and was very personable. We are very satisified with the service we received from him and the over the phone staff at Carolina Comfort.

One of the worst HVAC company. They installed a proprietary setup and made it so complex that no other vendors know about. When i asked if they can install the new thermostat that I bought they said their policy doesn’t allow that. We have to buy the thermostat from their company only.

When i asked can you provide the technical details of the HVAC installation and they said they don’t share the details. This is so pathetic and rude. The thermostats they put are literally garbage systems and you can not use other one because the system doesn’t support it.
