We were very happy with the service from Benjamin when he came to repair our washer. He diagnosed the problem within a few minutes and said he needed to order the part. He told us that it would take a few days to get the part and it did. He repaired the machine with the new part and all is well now and I am happily doing laundry! Benjamin was very polite, seemed to know exactly what he was doing and I would recommend him anytime!

It was super easy to contact Bud Matthew's for service through the website. They're were prompt in responding and able to schedule me timely. Nick was right on time for the service window and did an awesome job replacing my bathroom faucets! He was helpful and did an excellent job with cleaning up years of build up around the sink.

While their initial assessment and repair of the ice maker pump overlooked a later failure of a faulty compressor, they returned, did a follow up assessment, gave me a complete update, and then came back a third time to install the new machine. They saw the job through to a completion of a functioning appliance. Good work by Paul and crew!

I actually decided to just replace the broken unit and I didn't end up having them repair anything. But, they were always very friendly, responsive and helpful with the whole process. Next time something breaks around the house, I have them on speed-dial.

Short version: Pat could've swindled the heck out of us; instead he saved us at least $600. I was so impressed with his honesty, that my husband and I have reached out to Bud Matthews to do renovations to our bathrooms. Pat was also friendly and on time.

Long version: Purchased this home a few months ago, and the HVAC unit was running noisy. Pat came to look at our HVAC and when he determined it would need replacement parts, he pointed out that it was a unit that was likely under warranty (5 years old). He called the manufacturer, read off serial numbers and arranged for the new parts to be sent because they were indeed under warranty. He could have easily pulled a fast one and charged us for new parts and we would have been none the wiser. Instead we paid for labor and freight only. I'm grateful for Pat going that extra mile.

Paul came out and was quickly able to diagnose our refrigerator issue and resolve it. Glad we didn't need to buy a new one. They were very responsive and were able to perform the repair and fit me into their schedule within 1 day of the request. I will use them again if needed.

Benjamin called me to inform me he was coming earlier if I was available. Never had that experience before and with a broken dishwasher even two hours was huge! Finally, I really appreciated that he ruled simple and basic things out cause that just so happened to be my issue. Awesome service thank you!!

Dishwasher not repaired. Service rep judged dishwasher about to die anyway so I made decision not to repair. He cleaned out the trap to see if it would help but no change in noise. Very courteous & helpful.

We have a 2 yr old LG dryer with a too-long run from exterior of dryer to vent in our wall.
That was giving us a digital "error" message recently and we had no idea why .
Bud Matthews' techs determined the issue...and we are very grateful for their help.
I also want to mention that they DO clean and assess condition of dryer vent run(duct) ....
Dryer vent cleaning/service is NOT a service offered by many companies...more seem to have sprung up since 2020(when we could only find one company in our area and we were extremely disappointed with their work as they attempted to clean the duct)...that said, Bud Matthews has been in business over 40 years. You can trust them.
We are extremely happy with the result.

Two other plumbers failed to find a persistent noise in our plumbing system before we called Bud Matthews Services. Nick arrived on time, carefully searched until he found and fixed the problem, and discovered and corrected another issue while here. He kept us informed of his progress throughout his visit. Wonderful!
