Bud Matthews Services always on time, very direct with their diagnosis of your problems. I have never been told wrong or charge extra if they could fix everything. There was no long Waits for repair. The young man whose name is Luis has been to my house a few times and will be back I'm sure. Always very polite never leaves a mess behind and before he leaves he asks is there anything else he can do. I highly recommend BMS!

Luis arrived early (which was helpful since our refrigerator was out), figured out exactly what was wrong (burned out fuse on back panel), and gave us a quick temporary fix (jumper) until we get a quote for a new panel. Luis gave us plenty of clear explanation and good recommendations as well. We really appreciate him getting here so quickly. Thanks.

Have heard good things about Bud Matthews but cannot trust what they have become. We need a new system in guest wing of my mother's house and was going to call Bud, but can not trust how they would treat my mom who is in her 80's. If something goes wrong will Mark treat her ugly too. Overcharge her? Can't believe he still works there after his unprofessionable, excusable behavior.
