Kaleb was on time, professional and knew what he was doing. Didn't waste time and didn't try to sell unneeded stuff. He did check the expansion tank and found it was failed. Showed me why it was failed and he replaced it. Cost of job was very reasonable and I highly recommend Kaleb and Bud Matthews Services.

Had a heating unit located in the attic replaced. Kenna and Luke did a great job removing the old unit and installing the new unit. They were very careful to not damage the walls and floors while moving the equipment up and down the stairs. They worked efficiently and professionally throughout the install. Will report back here if there are any issues with the functioning of the new equipment once the inspection has been completed and the weather turns cold enough to use the new unit.

TL;DR: Review limited to appliance repair. They give good repair/replace advice; Paul's a superb appliance technician.

I've used BMS twice recently, this review only covers a call for fridge repair. They provided good guidance over the phone about weighing the costs of repair vs a new fridge - basically saying that given the age and make of my fridge, purchase might be a better route than repair. Economically, they were right, and I appreciate their integrity, but went with the repair route anyway.

Paul, the repair technician, was able to fix the fridge (and give some washer/dryer advice). He was amiable and very efficient, every moment had motion, every motion had purpose.

Excellent service. I contacted Bud Mathews Service through Angie's List and used “Request a Quote” for a gas cook top that needed repair. Personnel telephoned me within one day, acknowledged my inquiry and said that a repairman would call me within a day or two. Paul telephoned and explained what parts would be necessary to make the repair, and gave me an estimate. Bud Mathews' staff called a couple of days later and scheduled an appointment. Paul arrived at the scheduled appointment time and proceeded to repair the cook top. He was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The charge was as estimated.

These guys are amazing. Professional, skilled, on time. They really seem to care about their work and they appreciate my business. I call them for everything. I highly recommend them.

Martin was wonderful. He was able to quickly identify, diagnose, and correct the problem with our dryer. He was courteous, personable and professional. We had a great experience with Bud Mathews and Martin.

The carpenter, Dean, was very friendly and very experienced. He knew exactly how to repair the joists in the crawlspace, did the work correctly and well and cut no corners. I wouldn’t hesitate to reach out to Bud Matthews Services again.

Bud Matthews Services has done many, many repairs for us-today Nick found a leak near one of our pastures-not an easy task when we have 10 of them! He was courteous, on time, did a good job explaining the problem and how to fix it. Highly recommend!
