Bud Matthews Services

The guys at Bud Matthews were great: they tried everything they could to repair our old dishwasher. And once they determined that they couldn’t find a part that would work, they let us put the cost of the old repair towards the installation of the new dishwasher, which we really appreciated. Throughout the process, everyone we dealt with were friendly and always showed up right at the beginning of the given time interval, which made planning around the repairs very easy. Overall we’d be happy to hire them again for other jobs in the future.

We purchased a new HVAC system this summer, and there was a minor problem with it when fall arrived and it was time to turn the heat on. A technician arrived within 30 minutes of our call, and repaired the installation issue under warranty. The AC unit is far more efficient than the unit it replaced, cutting energy use by a third.

No follow up; took months to replace faucet because they dropped the ball. Charged full price service trips every time they came out which one took 5 mins; especially after the run around they gave me. Do not use. I won’t.

Having been left in the lurch by another company, I called Bud Matthews hoping they could move some exterior furnace vent pipes so that the replacement tankless water heater installation by the gas company the next day could proceed on schedule. They sent Michael out to evaluate the job. He called to see if he could come about 3 hours earlier, gave me the estimate, and had Fred come out THAT SAME AFTERNOON and move the pipes so that I didn't have to reschedule the water heater which had already been broken for 5 days. Bud Matthews is always dependable, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. I have always used them for appliance repair but will be giving them my HVAC business now as well.

Just general maintenance, no repair necessary. Second time we've used Bud Matthews Services. Response time excellent. Today, serviceman Jordan was right on time, couldn't have been more thorough, and was very polite and professional. Definitely recommend!!

Paul at Bud Matthews was wonderful to work with. He diagnosed the problem with my fridge water dispenser so quickly & went through the repairs and costs in great detail. I would definitely use their services again.

On time on budget very friendly. What else could you ever ask for in a plumber. See what treasure they found behind my walls left by the builder.

But Matthews did a fantastic job once again. I had an issue with my HVAC and in the same day that I notified them they had someone out who fixed it. That's the kind of customer service other companies should model themselves after.
