Bud Matthews Services

The fellas were great. Fixed the issue, even though it was a harder repair than it probably should've been due to the location of our fridge. But couldn't be happier, and am planning to use them again in the near future.

I had a very good experience with Paul and colleagues. He ran the piping and converted our cooktop from propane to natural gas. It took a couple of visits to accomplish, and he stayed in touch and showed up at the scheduled time and called to follow-up on how it was 2 days after completion. We are pleased with the work and will use them again when needed!

I had new kitchen cabinets, countertops, sink, and faucet installed. From the demolition to the end, the crew was great. They arrived when they said, cleaned up when they finished each day, made sure I had a useable microwave and fridge, and kept me apprised of their schedule. The job took only four weeks, with a week-long delay due to delay in delivery of the sink, which was not their fault. I’m very pleased and will use Bud Matthews Services for any future jobs.

Mark did a superb job installing our microwave oven. Our old trim kit did not fit the new microwave but he was able to adapt it to make it work. It saved me a lot of money. The work he did was clean and professional. We have always had great experiences with Bud Matthews Services.

Jordan did an amazing job installing a new dryer vent. They were early, professional, and went above and beyond removing and moving an old cabinet. Thanks again!

Martin came right on time to diagnose our Whirlpool dryer which had become very noisy. He was able to determine and fix the problem (excess lint in blower wheel - who knew?) and ascertain there were no other issues. Dryer now very quiet again. Very good experience.

Services via Bud Matthews were excellent. The service provider Ben was on time, communicated before and after the appointment, and was very professional. I was pleased with how quickly they were able to service me, and their professionalism!

Our gas fireplace was not lighting so we called Bud Matthews. They sent their tech Kenna out. He was very efficient and polite. After checking the system out he found that the switch for the gas was stuck and was not letting gas through it. He got it loose and hit the igniter and got it working. Very pleased with the work and we will use Bud Matthews again and I strongly recommend them.

All three of our bathroom sinks had stopped up, and it was Nick, a Matthews Brothers Plumbing Technician, who saved our day! He even added some Thrift to our commodes because I had confessed a worry that during Christmas I hoped we wouldn’t have commode trouble while our daughter’s family visits at Christmas time. We always get too-notch service with such helpful people such as Nick. He also gave me suggestions on how to deal with replacing our very old kitchen faucets. We are so lucky to have the Matthews Brothers to call. They are expert at what they do, and they C A R E sincerely.

Benjamin was fantastic. BMS was quick to schedule our service appointment after we called to make the appointment and he arrived well within the agreed upon window. He was so professional and kind, and even clearly answered all the questions I had in trying to understand our broken fridge. He easily repaired our fridge and was even kind to my dog and chickens in the process. We will definitely be using BMS in the future.
