I called and booked a repair and they said they couldn't come for 2 weeks, which was fine. The day of the service came and went with no technician and no contact of any kind. I called to ask what had happened and they said they had no record of my scheduled repair and offered a new repair date 3 weeks out. They asked if I had recieved a confirmation email - surely this is their responsibility and not mine?

We wanted to install gas logs in our wood burning fireplace, remove the raised hearth and install a new hearth surround and mantle. This "simple" project required several trades - demolition, masonry, granite installation, gas log prep, carpentry, safety inspections. No one wants this small of a job and no one can do the entire job. After 6 months of running into walls I finally connected with Bud Matthews who coordinated all the trades and completed the job. They called back, showed up for all appointments, knew their business and got the job done. We are very pleased with their service and our results!

Dealing with this business is absolutely an absurdist hellscape. It took more than 30 days to make a simple repair. It took 5+ phone calls to reach them for status. Tried to schedule through website and was ignored. Left messages daily and was ignored. Left a message for a supervisor and the message was not returned. The tech was friendly and fixed my washer, partially. But I would never do business with this company again as the communications breakdown was so persistent at all levels of the business.

I had to replace both a conventional bathroom sink faucet as well as the guts on a pedestal sink. Tyler came out, and he was amazing! Conscious of the fact they charge by the hour, he went straight to work. No wasted time, no wasted motions. Knew exactly what to do and was in and out in just under one hour. Also, a polite professional with a great personality. He and Bud M are now my go-to plumbers!!!

Bud Matthews stands by its work. We have used them to fix our refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher over the years. Some fixes are immediate, but others have taken more sleuthing. Bud Matthews always shows up and does the job. Appreciate their willingness to be on site as needed to fix a problem and act with urgency. Definitely recommend them. Obviously I love it when the repair is immediate, but I also appreciate that they will come back and make sure it is done right.

The Bud Matthews service tech arrived early, explained and showed me the issue that he found. He fixed the AC while explaining that it was *possible* we would need a more invasive long-term solution later. The price was reasonable and I felt very positive about the overall experience and interaction.

The two young men who worked on our washer and vacuumed out our dryer vent were excellent in every respect. Knowledgeable, efficient, kind and helpful. Could not have been more pleased with this service.

This was our first time working with Bud Matthews and we couldn’t be more pleased! They were quick to get someone over especially given that we are new clients. Rebecca and Tori handled the initial calls, Justin and Benjamin the service work at our house. All were helpful, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They’re prompt in all communication, clear and fair in billing, and most importantly, we felt that they were honest, ethical, and trustworthy. Highly, highly recommend!!

Jay H. is terrific and has saved the lives of both my washer and dryer more than once. I’m so grateful! Pat diagnosed our AC problem, explained it to us and repaired within 30 minutes. He had serviced our HVAC 7 years ago so we were pleased that Bud Matthews sent him to address our issue this time. He is very knowledgeable and provides excellent customer service. We highly recommend Bud Matthews for repairing AC issues.
