Used them for awhile because I really like the techs. But am walking away from this company because they just charged me $315 dollars to replace a $40 part. Priced themselves out of repeated service work

Bud Matthews Service has been such a pleasure to work with. Their customer service from the young lady who answered the phones to the service tech Martin, were nothing short of amazing!! Martin was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure he got my microwave fixed. I would highly recommend Bud Matthews Services and Tech Martin for any repair work you may need! They definitely have a return customer with me if I ever need a repair done again in the future.

Bud Matthews service on my ice machine was great. They arrived on time, diagnoses the issue, ordered the part and came back on time to install the new part. They called several days later to make sure that the machine was working properly, which it was. I was very satisfied.

Ben was so great! He explained everything that he was going to look at before he did any work. He seemed very educated in my entire appliance line. He took the time to explain what he did and what could be done in future. Will always go to this company for my appliance repair needs!

Installed a range hood in a new location for our kitchen renovation. They were creative and resourceful in getting the vent pipe to the outside. Protected stove and counter. Worked hard.

We called in November to see if we could have someone look at our gas fireplace. Bud Matthews set the appointment for 10 days out (much shorter than I expected!) and then Pat showed up on time and was just wonderful! He identified the issue within 10 minutes, fixed it, helped me clean the glass and we have been enjoying our beautiful fireplace ever since!! Thank you so much!

I would have rated 54 star except that I believe there should be some system of prioritizing service calls for essential items such as refrigerators. I waited 10 days from call to technician visit.

Called on Tuesday to fix a leak, Tyler was out here Thursday afternoon. Notably, he stopped on the way to pick up the part we needed, instead of coming and then leaving again. Excellent, fast repair. Strong recommendation
