I had a home AC issue. Air Innovations was professional, reasonably priced, and performed high-quality work. Unlike other companies I called, Air Innovations was transparent about their prices up front (over the phone). Several others I called said they would not give pricing over the phone and insisted that I first pay $100 for a technician to visit before they would reveal their prices. When I fell for that trap with a different company (before using Air Innovations), their technician came to my house and spent a grand total of less than 5 minutes "diagnosing the problem" before telling me their outrageously high prices to fix the problem, and suggesting I should just buy a new AC unit (from them, of course) and promptly sent me a quote. Clearly all that company really wants is to sell new AC units. Air Innovations was 100% different. They sent a real technician (not a salesman) who spent 2-3 hours testing and fixing the problem with care. AI stuck to the pricing they quoted over the phone. I felt their technician went above and beyond to provide a good service and make me happy. Highly recommend.

Such great service! We had the pleasure of having Andrew and John come out to help us over the past year and a half. Both are phenomenal guys that were thorough, respectful, and took the time to explain things to me (having no hvac knowledge, whatsoever!). Either we have been lucky with our service technicians or Air Innovations are doing things right! Either way, we are pleased with their work and look forward to a lasting relationship.

I was so impressed with Air Innovations! I called in the am and they got a technician out same day. Andrew was knowledgeable, competent and professional. He had to go to Raleigh to pick up the part we needed and he scheduled install for the next day. At about 5 pm I received a text message from Andrew. He wanted to know if he could come over and knock it out that evening and he did! We were so impressed with Andrew and this company! highly recommend! Great customrer service and very competent. Air Innovations has done a few maintenance items on our HVAC system, but has really shined in quoting and replacing our HVAC. They were able to schedule us sooner than they originally anticipated, and they worked tirelessly in the heat all day to make sure it got replaced in 1 day. They also gave us a refund for a new part we replaced but ended up not needing after replacing our HVAC. Highly recommend Air Innovations for the best work at reasonable prices!!

Air Innovations came highly recommended by neighbors of ours. Hunter came out to service our system and he could not have been nicer or more professional. He gave us recommendations but without being pushy or tried to upsell. Ashly in the office also was a pleasure to deal with and very accommodating. We will definitely be using Air Innovations again!

Andrew was our service guy and we couldn't have been happier. He was extremely thorough in evaluating our system (which has annoyed us for years and has been looked at by multiple competitors). Once he identified the problem he also presented multiple options on how to proceed. His explanation of the issue and our options were thorough and easy to understand. And we truly appreciate his taking the time to actually verify we understood before moving forward.

Big thanks to Josh, who came in to give us a second opinion after another company reported a leak and proposed a very expensive fix before they would even be able to address the issue we had actually called them about. Josh was quick but very thorough, determined that the previous diagnosis was not the issue and that the problem was related to poorly installed dampers, and fixed both of the apparent problems in one step with no need for any equipment replacement. Saved us thousands of dollars. Highly recommend.

Travis and his team at Air Innovations are fantastic. They have been servicing our HVAC units for many years and are honest and explain the options clearly. We appreciate their dedication to their customers and recommend them highly.

We finally found a reliable HVAC company in Air Innovations! We were getting the royal sales treatment by so many other companies that it was so refreshing when Travis came today and fixed our heating issue for just a couple hundred dollars when others were quoting us thousands and even telling us we should replace our unit. I love that these folks all live locally and simply aren't trying to screw you over. Highly recommend!!

We’ve been using Air Innovations for years and have always been pleased by the level of service, care, and communication. We got back last night to an AC that wouldn’t kick on and and inside temp of 85. We called Air Innovations at 8am and they were here by 10. They diagnosed the issue and resolved it within 90 minutes for a very reasonable price. John was friendly, knowledgeable and great at telling us what was going on, including showing us pictures from the crawl space where I don’t go. I’ve always been pleased with their work and recommend them.
