Really trust and appreciate these guys. They assess honestly, make simple and straightforward recommendations, and offer fair prices. (They have replaced both a mini split in an attic and two HVAC systems.) And unlike the big cos, they’re so easy to work with. I do wish they’d separate out costs a bit more in the estimates. But other than that, they are terrific professionals who offer personalized service and are responsive. Definitely will be my go to from this point forward.

I read a lot of great reviews for Air Innovations on Nextdoor, so when my HVAC stopped working, I knew they were the ones to call. I called before 9 am and my HVAC was working by noon the same day! Andrew immediately knew what the problem was and he was very honest and helpful. The cost of the repair was very reasonable and my 15 year old HVAC system is working great again. I highly recommend Air Innovations.

Air Innovations were recommended to me by my neighbor, who was very pleased with their work. I called them to do some repairs on my system, and later had them install a new system. The folks at Air Innovations are outstanding. They are professional, thorough, fair, and do great work. They are very customer-friendly (even after I changed my mind about the model I ordered.) They went above-and-beyond to help with paperwork, too, and made sure I got my rebate. Everyone I met with or spoke with was prompt and professional. When I had an emergency situation, they were at my house within 90 minutes. I would recommend them to anyone who needed repairs or a new system.

Very quick and responsive. I sent an email last night when it was clear something was wrong with my A/C and I received a call first thing in the morning scheduling a visit for the same afternoon. John was even early for the appointment. He presented me with a number of options and explained each one patiently and answered my questions. I can feel the house cooling off as we speak. All around great experience.

We have used Air Innovations for the past few years, mostly for preventative maintenance on our HVAC and have always been impressed with their responsiveness and the friendliness of the staff and their techs. We also had them install a second zone upstairs a couple of years ago which greatly helped make the second story pleasant and comfortable.

This year, we had some micro leaks in our AC unit, and our tech, John, helped us understand the issue and was able to remedy the problem the same day. We feel strongly about supporting a locally owned and operated company, especially these days. I highly recommend and trust Air Innovations for all things HVAC.

We have been using Air Innovations for quite a few years. They replaced of HVAC system last fall (2020). Wow, have we have saved $$$! We are on Duke Energy equal payment plan and with our new HVAC system we were paying a little more than we were actually using, so last month Duke Energy adjusted our monthly amount and lowered our bill by $33 per month because we had over payed, now we don't have to pay a Duke energy bill for 3 months because we have a credit!!!
