Responsive, knowledgeable and efficient. I called to schedule an appointment, they were here in 45 minutes. This is where experience counts--the tech went straight to the unit, diagnosed an electrical component failure immediately and put a replacement part in. A/C back on line in 15 minutes with a check to ensure that Freon levels were correct. I can't imagine a better repair experience.

Reliable and timely service. I have used Air Innovations for maintenance on units for a few years. Able to come out same day to repair broken thermostat. Also, after they replaced part in AC unit, next year it was reading out of line and they replaced for free. Technicians Hunter and Justin were great!

Andrew K. came right out and made the immediate and proper adjustments to ensure that our heating and air system was completely operational. Started smelling burning plastic coming from our heating vents 3 days before a cold front moved in. Travis and his team were SO responsive, coming out immediately and going above and beyond to clean everything up. Turns out we needed a new HVAC and they were wonderful at explaining the various options and getting the install done the next day. Highly recommend Air Innovations. Their customer service was top notch and the quality of work is amazing. Will be using them again in the future.

Our upstairs HVAC unit stopped working and Josh was able to evaluate with a same-day appointment, confirming that a new unit was needed. Amazingly he worked us into the schedule for installation the next day. The installation technicians were prompt and very efficient, and the new unit is working without a hitch. They also installed new smart thermostats for both systems in our house, which Josh recommended, and we are very happy with those as well. We have previously used Air Innovations to recharge our downstairs unit a couple of years ago and experienced great service; we will continue to work with them for any future issues that arise. Definitely recommend!

Several months ago, at the recommendation of our next door neighbor, we called Air Innovations for routine inspection and maintenance of the HVAC system in our new home. Andrew is the technician who came at that time to inspect the unit. Although our system required no service at that point, Andrew went over everything we needed to know about our system. We were so impressed with him that we put our unit under an annual maintenance contract with his company. Yesterday, our neighbor noticed that our HVAC compressor was running constantly, so we called AIr Innovations to send someone to look at it. Today, Andrew came again and determined that a small part in the compressor was malfunctioning and needed to be replaced. He was able to replace the part immediately at a very reasonable price, so we are very happy with the good service. You couldn’t ask for a better technician to work with than Andrew. He is smart, friendly, and really knows his business. We feel confident that you won’t regret dealing with Air Innovations and Andrew.

Love air innovations so much!! They’ve installed 2 systems for us (2 different houses) and have been wonderful to work with. Yesterday, we had a minor problem with a system less than a year old and they fixed it within 6 hours. Just one phone call and they were on it immediately! Cannot recommend them enough!
