    Mr. Bailey was called to replace my garbage disposal. However, he determined my gd was simply clogged and did not need to be replaced. Talk about honest, i had replacement ready for installation, but he said why spend the money, when my current disposal works? He was competent, professional and pleasant. Can highly recommend Bailey Plumbing. Pleasure doing business with him.

    Bobby Bailey has rescued us twice during plumbing emergencies - once in 2004 and today in 2016. He is thorough, priced fairly, responsive, and a very calm presence. His staff was outstanding, also: when I called after hours, Jamela, his scheduler, was unable to find an available truck, but took my number and called me back after 10pm having contacted a service manager who was not on call. I would highly recommend Bailey's for routine and emergency plumbing jobs.

    I called MR.bailey on November 26, 2019 because I suspected that my water heater needed to be replaced. Mr.Bailey came out that same day to make sure I actually needed a New Water heater. I indeed needed one. He told me he would let me know the price the next morning. He called the next morning with a price and told me that he could accommodate me that Evening, Evening came and there was Mr. Bailey ready to install my New water Heater. I am very pleased with his Punctuality and Quality of his work.

    How do I give negative stars? That's what they deserve, if that.

    They were scheduled through Lowe's, came three times to my house and always found a reason not to do the work. They have traded Lowe's reputation for me, don't waste your time with this garbage company. They come to your house, and say they left the tools; if not that, then you don't have the right parts, then when you buy said parts, they out their own on and charge you since yours "didn't work".

    Absolute joke of a plumber, never shop with them.

    What a relief to find an honest and reliable plumber. Bobby Bailey has taken care of our plumbing for over a decade. He works hard and is kind and respectful of our needs. An all around great person, Bobby is the best there is! I highly recommend him for all your plumbing needs!

    Bailey's was scheduled to install a dishwasher and microwave (contracted from Lowes) today. After arriving late, the plumber stated that, first, the job could not be done, then, that he couldn't do it without cutting holes in our kitchen cabinets, and finally stated that he could do the job for an additional cost. After we decided that he might not be the best person to complete this installation, he stated that he did not want to install the microwave.then denied making that statement after speaking to Lowes "CPO. " It makes me wonder how they can stay in business.

    My experience with Bailey's plumbing, heating is nothing to write home about. In the first place, Bobby Bailey is not honest, not reliable, he is a cheat, a scam and he doesn't really know what he is doing in terms of his job experience. He is out to defraud his customers. He will take your money and then abandon the job. The worst is that he will not pick up your phone calls, will not return your phone calls or even respond to text messages.
    I will never recommend him/ his company to anyone.
    If there is anything like zero in the rating scale ,that will be my rating for him.

    Received business card form Lowes as a referral. Called the number on the business card to get a quote on some plumbing work as i needed a new plumbing contractor for my rental properties. The woman who answered the phone was so rude and disrespectful. It is a shame to see competent contractors loose a job due to untrained and unprofessional associates. When i inquired about the cost of the service she responded with "i dont know, im not a plumber" how about take my information and pass to the plumber? or provide me with the contact number for the plumber if the one one the business card is incorrect?? Then to make it worst , when i decided that as a customer i didnt have to put up with her attitude, I said "Thank you, ill call some one else" she said " yes, you do that" ...

    Customer service goes a long way!!!

    Excellent Superior service. I would definitely call him again in the future. He and his company are people oriented, they were very professional and courteous. They came to help during this time of covid-19 and they were properly masked and had gloves and the whole attire being safe and keeping customers safe as well. I appreciated that. I called them a day prior and they came the following day. Thank you much.

    One of the worst companies I had to deal with. my installation job was given to them by Lowes, the guy that was supposed to install my stove was rude, they treat customers with suspicion, rude. I doubt the installer even knows NC code.
