Our experience was a disaster, start to finish. They didn't fix our AC problem, they billed us for hundreds of dollars and without providing the costs before the work was done, they failed to send corrected invoices, wouldn't accept payments online and offered no way to provide payments that didn't include a 4% charge! And we know the Scoggins family personally/socially! I'm honestly shocked at how they handled our service. I wish we had never called them, it's been nothing but frustrating and costly. We've paid over $300 and our AC was never actually repaired.

Scoggins & Co is the best! Their response time is super impressive and all of their employees are extremely professional and knowledgeable. They ensure all of your needs are met and even follow up with you after! I wouldn't consider calling anyone else and would recommend them for both residential and commercial.

Old school professionals. They do good work, make every effort to get things right the first time, and are fair in what they charge. I feel if I needed a follow up or had questions they would be responsive. Thanks Mr. Scoggins!

Called that morning, they were here before lunch. Workers had to go pick up a piece. Came back and fixed it. Great people to call when you need heat or air!!!
