My second floor A/C stopped working. They sent their technician Steven out to look at my system. He quickly figured out the issue (leaking Coil) and explained all my options. Ultimately we had to install a new coil but Steven and the team figured out a way to save us some money and get the unit fixed. He was exceptional through the process of answering all my questions and even showing me the old and new parts. Scheduling was fast and easy and they confirmed everything, so I didn't have to spend anytime waiting on Steven to arrive. Great experience.

I had a home AC issue. Air Innovations was professional, reasonably priced, and performed high-quality work. Unlike other companies I called, Air Innovations was transparent about their prices up front (over the phone). Several others I called said they would not give pricing over the phone and insisted that I first pay $100 for a technician to visit before they would reveal their prices. When I fell for that trap with a different company (before using Air Innovations), their technician came to my house and spent a grand total of less than 5 minutes "diagnosing the problem" before telling me their outrageously high prices to fix the problem, and suggesting I should just buy a new AC unit (from them, of course) and promptly sent me a quote. Clearly all that company really wants is to sell new AC units. Air Innovations was 100% different. They sent a real technician (not a salesman) who spent 2-3 hours testing and fixing the problem with care. AI stuck to the pricing they quoted over the phone. I felt their technician went above and beyond to provide a good service and make me happy. Highly recommend.

I trust them. They have done an annual inspection for me and installed a new product. They did the job right and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Travis and his technicians are friendly and easy to work with.

Travis @ Air Innovations helped us upgrade our natural gas service for a new generator installation, work is professional, looks and functions great !

Great to find an honest company. I had them double check a recommendation from another company. They found no leaks or mold...and saved me a couple thousand dollars in unnecessary repairs. I'll be working with this company from now on!
