    They were very responsive. The technician was able to diagnose what was wrong with our air heater immediately. They charge too much, we paid a total of $1,490 for the replacement of the EMC motor.

    I ended up hiring Air Innovations (Travis Rabineau, owner) after researching 3 firms to replace our old Gas Pack, which supplies heating & cooling for the 1st -level of our 2-story home. The company more than met my high expectations in every aspect of the job.

    Travis strikes a nice balance on two fronts: First, he’s both a technical expert as well as a good customer-relations rep for his Co. Second, he seems to know when to engage in direct communication with his customer, and when to defer to his very capable staff. He also personally inspected our situation to properly plan for our job.

    He and his Office Asst. (Muriah) were prompt and thorough in responding to my email & phone inquiries throughout our job, which included clarifying details and confirming agreements related to the job, alerting us to upcoming appts, and thanking us for our business. Travis seemed to have access to all of the product-Brands I was considering. While Travis’s written estimates were not as detailed as the others I received, he was very open to clarifying or adding in job-components that other Co.’s offered, and he ultimately MATCHED the best Total Cost offer of another Co. that I consulted. In addition, he included what I considered some important “extras”: CO monitors for two areas of our 2nd-level (which were not even served by our new Gas Pack), followed by a complimentary servicing of our gas fireplace unit (Note: a replacement-thermostat was included with the new Gas Pack).

    The two Technicians (Eddie & Aaron) who provided these services showed up early for their appts, worked diligently until the jobs were finished, left the premises in good shape, and addressed all of our questions & concerns. I plan to request that them again for an upcoming maintenance service for our split A/C system (to likely be followed by annual maintenance visits).

    In summary, I don’t think you can go wrong with Air Innovations if you’re looking for competent & friendly HVAC service that covers the gamut from good communications to competitive price to competent installation.

    We only use Air Innovations for our air conditioning problems. We've been using Travis and his team for years, on referral from my father, who is a home inspector, and have never had any reason to switch companies. Travis (and his team members) is honest and legitimately tries to teach you what is wrong with your system, why he has to do the things he needs to do, and will not do more than what you need in order to charge you more. We recently had to have the AC unit replaced at the condo we rent out, and because of the age of the community, we had to have the entire ancient system replaced. I could tell Travis felt bad for the cost of such a small system, but he explained the whole reasoning to us in a way that made us understand what we were paying for, which I really appreciate. Not a week later one of our own AC units needed to be replaced at our house, and of course we used Air Innovations there as well. We won't use anyone else.

    We moved into our house last year and have had the AC stop working both summers. The first summer we got a lot of run around (I think because we had a home warranty). Everyone kept saying they fixed the problem, but then it would stop again. They said the refrigerant was gone, or it was because we weren't changing our filters enough (trust me, with my dogs we were changing them monthly). I had horrible experiences with multiple companies including Bell Cow...

    Yesterday with the 88 degree heat, it was obvious that we had not gotten a permanent fix and the AC was out again. With the help of my awesome neighbors, we called Josh Baker with Air Innovations LLC Tuesday night, and he came out Wednesday morning! He spent an hour looking for a leak (which everyone else had said did not exist). He let me follow him around and ask questions and learn (even under the scary house with the spiders). He found a leak in the soldering from a valve, and fixed it on the spot. I cannot express the relief I have and I appreciate feeling like I was appropriately treated like a human being.

    Called at 8am for minor service issue on heating system. Was told would arrive after 1pm. Received text at 1pm stating on way, showed up, diagnosed and fixed minor issue. Josh left great notes and feedback about other things to keep an eye on, was only charged for diagnostic fee associated with visit. Very helpful to have a HVAC company do same day service without an upcharge and do a great job of it. Highly recommend.

    I can’t say enough good things about this company! I wanted to make sure everything was running properly to avoid any potential issues when I go to sell. From start to finish, the entire process was easy! Scheduling with Mariah was effortless. She was extremely helpful, very pleasant to work with, and truly went above and beyond!

    I received an appointment reminder the day before and a notification when the technician was on the way. My arrival window was between 8:00 & 10:00 AM. Imagine my surprise when Jaden arrived right around 8AM! He was professional, polite, inquired about any issues or concerns, and immediately informed me about how long the indoor & outdoor tune up would take. This was fantastic!

    He discovered that I had a weak run capacitor. He wasn’t pushy and didn’t try to force me into replacing it. Instead, he educated me about the problem. Their pricing was extremely reasonable and I felt like I was in good hands. At the end of the appointment, I asked some questions and Jaden informed me that if it had died, I would’ve had to replace the motor which would’ve been a lot more expensive. I was so glad I had them come out!

    Jaden’s level of professionalism, knowledge, and transparency further confirmed that I made the right decision by calling Air Innovations. Air Innovations truly goes above & beyond to make sure their customers are taken care of & I am so grateful for their incredible service. I HIGHLY recommend Air Innovations!
