July 4 at noon, my air conditioner thermostat stopped working. I hesitated to call anyone - knowing they had to be closed for the holidays. But, called my neighbor Dizern who is an excellent electrical professional. He came early the next morning and told me to call Rodney. I was not familiar with Rodney's business but I trusted Mr. Dizern's opinion and so glad I did! Rodney came that same morning and in less than 2 days my air conditioner is working perfect with new thermostat. Highly recommend Rodney's business, quick, professional and friendly.

Rodney came same day for issues with our AC/Heatpump, fitting us in between other service calls.. He checked it, found the issue, serviced it, cleaned it and had it back up and running quickly. He was honest with the repairs and efficient with his work. Reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

We initially left a good review, but we've had some problems since then. Rodney's installed our HVAC on our new build, and we've had heating problems every winter since we first moved in a few years ago. Rodney's did help us out a few months after we moved in for our first problem, but we have called them a few other times for subsequent issues and they never replied back to us. Most recently we left their company a voice mail concerning our parts warranties because we needed to replace a gas valve in our furnace, and it has been one week with no reply. Even if a company is too busy to get back to a customer they should at least let the customer know they received their call and will get back to them at a future date. We have since found another HVAC company, whose communication and service is excellent, to help us going forward.

We called four HVAC companies in our area, and left three messages with other companies which were not returned. Rodney answered the phone on the first ring, had a technician at our house that same afternoon, and our problem was resolved. Meanwhile the other three still haven't called us back! Looks like we have a new ac service company!

Rodney and his team answered the phone themselves, came out faster than I could have hoped for, and did a great job for a fair price. They are professional and friendly. We will work with them again for sure.

Rodney is a wonderful person and so kind. I contacted him late one evening, telling him my AC was going out and the next day he came to diagnose. Then, he promptly fixed it. Rodney is an awesome man and everyone who needs anything done with their heating or air should definitely use Rodney's Heating and A/C Services!!!!!

I have used Rodney to service my air-conditioning and heating units at least once a year over the past 10 years. He has done a great job maintaining and repairing them. He also installed an improved dryer vent and a tricky stove vent. Rodney knows what he is doing, is very prompt, nice, and professional.

They Came Ontime And Replaced The Outside AC Compacitor For $177, Only To Find Out 2 Hours Later When The Same Problem Was Happening It Was Not The Compacitor, They Said It's Now The Condenser Motor.
I Asked Them To Call Me And Give Me An Estimate For The Condenser Motor, They NEVER Called Back!

Called them at 4 pm on a Saturday for a broken AC. They were out there and had it fixed within the hour. Amazing service.

If your driver is conduct himself like driving fast, tailgating, no turn signal and bad unprofessional hand gestures this is not the service my family will ever use!
