Mike's team did an awesome job for me on a commercial property I own. Everyone was very friendly and professional, from Stephanie Rogers in the office to Russ the sales rep, to David the service technician, I could not be more pleased! They are very competitive with their prices and finished everything in a timely manner. I had to change a few things on the job which required a technician to come out multiple times. They were able to do this very quickly and at a minimal cost. I will continue to use Mike's for all my HVAC needs.

I’ve been a customer of Mike’s Heating and Cooling from the day (years ago!) they installed my Trane system. I recommend them (and have done so) to my friends. They are professional, very knowledgeable in the maintenance of the equipment and are always courteous. Peace of mind for me from a great team!

These guys are THE BEST! Reasonably priced and on time every time and if not they call to let you know. Travis, their technician, is as nice a guy as it gets and does one of THE MOST thorough jobs I've ever had done. He takes his work very seriously and never rushes thru the job due to a busy schedule. Takes the job with the proper attitude, one at a time. I've been with these guys for over 10 years and plan to be for many more. Can't go wrong with Mike's!

I just bought my new house, Called Monday and had a repairman next morning, after discussion of the needed repairs and cost vs making the change from oil to electric back up heating sources, with having my special needs children it was safest to make the switch. Thanks to all that help get our issue take care during the cold and snow, now my girls have heat and I have the peace of mind. Thanks again to all the staff, technicians, sales. Great people and great service.

After using other companies I tried Mike's Heating and can't be happier and after several years now have family and friends using the company with no complaints. We had to have a heat and air unit installed in our home in Haywood County. Got several estimates and after receiving referrals for Mike's Heating and Cooling we chose them. Their estimate was not the most inexpensive, but they proved the referral correct as being proficient, knowledgeable, practical, and provided ways to install, etc that other companies said could not be done. We were pleased with the results and highly recommend Mike's for installation and also for their service agreement.

My wife and I have been using Mike’s Heating and Cooling since we installed air conditioning in our home about 32 years ago. They have installed and serviced every one of our heating and cooling units and we have always found them to be on time, responsive, professional, tidy, and trustworthy. Mike's H&C's responsiveness was HEAD AND SHOULDERS ABOVE THE REST.... **Joyce**, in the office, was quite simply an angel of kindness as far as following up and making sure the dots got connected. So polite, so pleasant and thoroughly competent....what a pleasure to deal with!!... **Billy** came out to the house and gave me an EXTREMELY REASONABLE quote on relocating a dryer vent....I did not wind up buying the house, due to too many other costs to repair...However, Mike's H&C was HANDS DOWN great reason to work with a local company. ...They show up...On time....Give a very fair price....AND managed to make it all not only painless...but flat out a VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE. Wherever I wind up buying a home....I will be calling them for any HVAC work whatsoever. As far as customer service, I found them to be TOP NOTCH. GREAT EXPERIENCE+++
