Mike's Heating and Cooling

Mike's has been my service man on 2 heating and 1 air conditioning units for the last 8 years. I've had to have some parts (blower motor & 1 A/C compressor unit replaced and the service has been great for my 27 year old units.

We’ve had a string of challenges the last couple of months with our ac unit. (The previous home owner installed a high end, think complex, system.) They have been solved by the folks at Mike’s. I think, other than the obvious, what I value best about them is the individuals working there. Everyone has been pleasant, professional, properly skilled and honest, with genuine integrity. My take away is that this is a well run company, with excellent personnel, operating to a high standard of customer care.

I have used Mike's Heating and Cooling for many years because they are a wonderful company. They always show up on time and if there is a problem, they have gone out of their way to help us. I would highly recommend Mike's Heating and Cooling to anyone.

Sean from Mike's Heating and Cooling came out to help us. He was great and took his time to listen to us and to figure out the issue. After a couple of weeks with no AC Sean got it going and we are thankful for his great service.

Josey and Hunter arrived on time and immediately explained to me the task at hand at hand. They were very professional, punctual, informative, detail oriented ,helpful and very knowledgeable. Josey and Hunter installed a Filter enclosure and installed an additional damper to help increase the flow of air throughout the home. They even brought two extra filters for the unit and explained the proper way to replace the filters. These two young men worked diligently to do the job correct and within a timely manner. I highly recommend Mike`s Heating and Cooling to satisfy the needs of any commercial or residential issues.

Will was so thorough and very helpful with some questions I had. He is a pleasant guy to have work for you and will do a top-notch job. I’m happy!

Forest Sealey and his crew did a fantastic job from start to finish. Besides putting in a new hvac system, he had to deal with my HOA for installation approval and find a quirky short in my thermostat. He ended up actually giving me a new one! He and his crew addressed every issue I had and would not leave until I was satisfied.

I don't even know what to say!!! I just had a new system put in by this phenomenal group of guys(and gals)...a new HVAC is a BIG deal! The whole process is a pain in the a** if you don't know exactly who to deal with. DO NOT waste your time with anyone else!!! (Believe me,I did!) I was running out of time&patience and thanks to the very prompt response from the initial inquiry all the way to the end of the install...my system is perfect& I am extremely satisfied!! Billy made the stressful situation NOT stressful. He was super easy to talk to and answered all the questions I had making me feel confident in the very BIG investment I was making. JW&Josey for the install were just like Tanner&Josh...complete perfectionists! The front end was schedule flexible and everyone was on time!!! Thanks again to all who helped out with this job!!!

We have used Mike's for several years. They always leave us feeling satisfied. In particular Dawn came recently and worked through avery difficult problem concerning a faulty circuit board. She communicated very effectively with us and kept us up to speed on where she was in what was to become quite an extensive detective job on an older furnace. In the end it was a faulty part that was under warranty and even though there were exacerbating circumstances, Mike's honored the warranty without question and made it right, ASAP.
Mikes is great and Dawn is the best.

After reading multiple reviews, I was nervous about getting emergency help due to lack of a service contract. I left a message after 5pm on a Friday evening on a holiday weekend, but the phone rang early Saturday morning. A very pleasant professional assured me I would get help today. After her first job, we were next and Ms. Dawn speedily got our air flowing and explained the contract customers take precedence but you still get help!!!! Ms. Dawn is the reason Mikes will receive our contract request! My toddler, wife, pets and myself thank Mikes family for making our home comfortable!!
