Mike's on-call technician, Josh, came out to my house this afternoon (on a Sunday) to fix our heat pump, which had stopped working. He got the problem fixed and did a check up on our hvac system while he was here. Good work, professional, and courteous. I've done business with a few HVAC companies in the area and Mike's is the best I've worked with.

I have used Mike Heating and Cooling for 10 years, since building and installing systems in my home. Besides their knowledge, they are honest businessmen, and I have always been able to count on them in emergencies and in regular maintenance. They are the very best and will continue to use them.

Mike's Heating and Cooling did our original installation and then when the time came to finish our basement, we called on them again to add a second zone for heating and cooling that space. They are profesional, reliable and reasonable. When a glitch developed with the new zones outside air temerature sensor (required for the system to switch between Heatpump and gas furnace) they installed a wireless sensor and a new thermostat to link to it, all at no additional charge. We have no reason to look for anyone else to do this work for us.

Mikes put in a new HVAC system for us about 10 years ago. They asked how long we planned on being in the house, our budget, how we used the system, etc. Came back with a bid with 2 different recommended systems. They installed it, no inconvenience for us. We got a one year service contract included and have continued that service ever since. They guarantee their work and when a problem popped up a bit later they repaired it under warranty. I am very pleased with Mikes.

Mike's is always my first call for any of the services they offer. I have used them to install ceiling fans, repair an HVAC system, and install a new heat pump and they are the best! They get me on the calendar quickly, do exceptional work, are clean and efficient, and have very affordable prices especially compared to Lowe's or Home Depot.

I've used Mike's for many years and they have ALWAYS responded to my needs. Recently they did a total install (Replacement) of my gas furnace and A/C. Excellent work and very personable. I highly recommend them to anyone!!
