    Just thought I would update my review.
    Mike's has Always been very responsive to our calls and getting a tech out as soon as possible.
    They kept our old Heat & Air system cleaned, Repaired, and running.
    Now, Thru Mike's, we have a brand new HVAC system and service contract.

    I knew I was going to need a new HVAC system by the winter of 2021 and began having estimates months prior. Overall I had 5 estimates. Only one was showing me a system and contract that was fair-priced, honest and came with the best salesperson ever. And that was Mike's Heating and Cooling, represented by Billy Fryar. Billy examined every inch of my house, took notes, put together a proposal that was easy to navigate, and left me time to process all the estimates. He responded openly and professionally to my questions and explained the answers in a language I could understand having never been through this process before. I feel today I made the right decision. My system is installed and working well. Everyone from Billy to the customer service people to the installers were exceptionally professional and nice. This is a good company with good people. I highly recommend them. And hope you have Billy out to see you!

    I am very please with Mike's Heating and Cooling. We had them install a Mitsubishi Mini Split in our basement. Their crews are careful, respectful of property, willing to answer any questions, show up on time and generally are professional. i would recommend them to anyone.

    Mike's installed my Mitsubishi mini-split last fall. The price was very competitive and the installers did great work. This week my mini-split stopped working on.a rather cold night. I called Mike's Heating & Cooling and they had Dawn out first thing the next morning. Dawn was knowledgeable, efficient and just a really nice person. She took care of my issue and I had heat again that day. It is so nice to find a reliable, reasonably priced and professional company to rely on for my home's heating and cooling needs!

    Time for a revised review of Mike’s services. We used them two other times and were satisfied but we had a recent experience during which we asked the service technician to figure out why the pilot light on our boiler (for radiator heat system)intermittently blew out when starting up. Josh checked a few things including the pressure in the gas line, cleaned the burners but also disconnected the controller unit. Upon reconnecting and seeing the LED light of the controller off, he stated,” there’s your problem….bad controller unit.” We thought it was odd( like a bad coincidence) that the controller unit would fail right at the moment the tech was there….not to mention suspicious, occurring right after the tech disconnected the unit. When asked if there could be some issue with the reconnection process, we were given some song and dance about sometimes they fail at inconvenient times. Then he announced that there were no units available, he could order one…be about a week…~$500 and by the way, we were looking at no heat until that time….sorry!
    Long story short, the next day my boyfriend read the instructions that came with that controller unit (he had bought and installed 6 years ago), saw that if the LED was not lit, it might need to be reset. He followed those instructions to reset it and the LED came on and unit was functioning. We never did have our initial issue addressed. Mike’s did not make any adjustments on the “service” charge. Basically we paid $95 for the tech to come out and break our unit which was functioning but had an intermittent issue that was never addressed by the tech. We politely canceled the order for the new controller unit and we will no longer be using Mike's heating and cooling in the future.
