Mike's Heating and Cooling

I have used Mike's Heating and Cooling for many many years, 25 maybe, wonderful folks. Just the best. I highly recommend them.

I've always had quality, timely, and affordable service from Mikes Heating and Cooling. During the coldest time of this year, Cody (Service Tech) was able to fit me in to repair my oil furnace in my rental property. My tenants were extremely happy with the quick response and repair time!! Thank you Cody!

Mike's has done a great job, start to finish. I had a couple of questions about things, and they are quick to respond and complete my request. Very professional staff. Would definitely recommend this company for any HVAC needs you have.

Honestly, we didn't get around to having them do the new unit install as the salesman decided to talk down to and treat the property owner like she was a bother and not worth being told specifics in regards to what she was about to spend the $6.5K on. Wasn't a very tactful move for a salesman to pull that off literally the day the check was written BEFORE it was given to the company lol. I was going to CC the supervisors in the email to the salesman explaining why the work was being cancelled but decided not to with Christmas being here AND the Pandemic taking so many peoples jobs already.. Sometimes the level of intelligence in some people just blows my mind. Anyway, found a different licensed local company to do the work. Not only were they courteous to me AND the person paying, they ALSO did the work cheaper.

I really don’t like giving negative reviews as we all are human and mistakes are inevitable. However the ones who can rise from those mistakes, take corrective action will succeed and regain my trust. I have had negative interaction with a “Tim Anderson” who represents Mikes Heating and Air. I placed trust in this representative who totally stole from me and also through investigations is a women beater.( arrested 2010 assault on a pregnant female)! Don’t trust this person if Mike’s sends him. I hope he is no longer a part of this company, however the last time I inquired he was. Keep your family and home safe!!!!

Vince, who is always a pleasure to work with, quickly diagnosed the problem and took immediate steps to prevent it from getting worse, then returned with Josh to make the repair to my heating system. They did an excellent job. I also agree with the other reviewers who commend Stephanie and Toni for their courteous and prompt responses to calls. Having a relationship with Mike's Heating and Cooling team gives me peace of mind in all seasons. Thank you.

Wonderful ,attentive, competent young gentleman...would recommend to anyone.....Will is the best!

Hate to give a bad review during quarantine when everyone is struggling, but this needs to be said. Technician came to service generator. Fee was almost double the prior rate. I called to complain and Mark, the mgr said they'd raised the price because "we're in business to make money." I said I should have been told ahead of time since it's an old generator and not worth paying that kind of money. He said he'd talk to the owner and call me back. Never did. I called yesterday and the office was closed. On top of all this, my old generator, which worked fine before this service call, is dead. No lights, no nothing.

I have used Mike's for several properties as well as my personal home. I'm a Real Estate Agent and having people I trust and can rely on is vital to my business. Fair pricing, knowledgeable employees. Couldn't be happier.

We highly recommend Mike's HVAC! We have an oil-fired boiler furnace with a problem that others could not solve, but Vince and his associate were able to fix it. They are well-trained, experienced and knowledgeable, very personable, efficient and neat and clean. Vince communicated the problem and solution very well and we felt comfortable with the work that was done. Vince could have had us change out a unit within our furnace, but instead told us that he would recommend waiting until summer when we did not need the furnace. We'll be calling Mike's HVAC when we need that work done. The price of the service was reasonable and we liked that the bill was handled and paid at the time of service. There were no surprises in the billing as we got previously from a competitor. We are very happy that we chose Mike's HVAC and we'll use them again in the future.
