Conner showed up on time and repaired the AC immediately. Very professional and explained what the process was and kept us informed throughout the entire repair. Left the area cleaner than he found it which was very impressive! Would definitely recommend!

Exceptional service during a really busy time for AC repair. Joyce was able to schedule a next day appointment at my convenience. Dawn showed up on time, explained what she was doing, fixed multiple items on the AC and made sure it all led to a cool condo. It was late in the day, so the patiences and professionalism was very much appreciated!

I would not recommend this company if you’re in need of punctual service. I called early in the day and was told a technician would call me. Three phone calls later from me and still no call from a technician. If you can’t get out to repair the furnace, tell me the first time I called so I can call someone who can. Instead I waited all day. Freezing mind you.

Mike, I appreciate you looking into this. I called at 12:20pm, 1:52pm and again at 5:39pm. I spoke to a very nice women the first two times and the third time a older gentleman. The first two times I was told that the technician had received the message but was busy and would respond when he finished up with the other jobs. There was no call from anyone from your business. We had the phone on and with us the whole time.

Mike's was used to perform an HVAC assessment at our property that we were under contract to sell. The home has 2 heat pump units that were functioning well prior to the assessment. After the "evaluation" we returned to the property to find both units no longer working. We contacted our HVAC company who came to help us get things working again as Mike's didn't prioritize this need. It was discovered that a wire had been cut when replacing a part on the downstairs unit resulting in the system no longer working. Whatever was done to the upstairs unit shorted out our Nest thermostat which then had to be replaced. An HVAC assessment should never result in 2 working units no longer working. This cost us $500 to repair. To top it all off, they left a mess behind them that had to be cleaned up. While I haven't worked with this company before, I would caution anyone considering hiring them in the future.

I have had a service contract with Mike's Heating & Air for 2 years now. They are courteous, professional, and reliable. When Tyler came out recently to run a routine maintenance check on the air conditioner, I happened to have plumbers here for a plumbing emergency that had cropped up. It was chaotic! Tyler took it all in stride, did what he could and offered to return the following day to finish up with a couple of things. Much appreciated!

Great company. Very professional and reasonably-priced. Their customer service was friendly, responsive, and informative. I'd highly recommend using Mike's for any HVAC issues you may have in the WNC area.

Cody was extremely friendly and courteous. He was very thorough in analyzing my system. He gave an opinion of the possible problem and then suggested a second technician from Mike’s review the problem to be sure. I was very pleased with Cody’s work.
