Boiler vent was clog from debris from installing a new chimney, John have lots of experience and I learned quite a bit on my HVAC system while he looked over the issue. He charged a very reasonable feed for 1/2 hour of work. I am now waiting to hear back from the company that worked on my chimney for a cleaning.

This year I used P.A.C. Plumbing. I should have refused when I set up the appointment because I was told it would be $150 for a plumber to come for an estimate after seeing the problem in the shower, to be included in the repair bill if I hired the co. P.A.C. took advantage of that by quoting a high price of $653 to fix my shower where the water was not running through the shower head but only in the bath faucet. The price of repair was to include the possibility of removing and replacing a few tiles of which I had some extra to use. That wasn't done as it was unnecessary. The plumber Kerry was polite and neat but the problem was reduced to removing the rubber washer behind the center handle (the diverter to use the shower) that became dislodged and blocked the water from using the shower. He didn't reduce the price though tile work was no longer going to be done. He replaced the shower head and pipe holding the shower head with a new one I supplied but I never gave him permission to take away the old shower head which was still strong in pressure. Further, Kerry removed without permission and without my noticing the instructions for the showerhead we bought at Lowe's, which he had no business taking with him. He said he would remove the bath faucet which he said was old and in poor condition at no additional cost, a 5 minute job from what I see online, but later said without explanation that he would have to charge for that without saying how much. Now I will do the job myself which doesn't seem hard or time consuming, especially considering the large plumbing bill for changing the rubber washer and the shower head and pipe. Kerry showed us basic plastic handles which was an insult in style and cheapness and he claimed the plastic handles were the only ones he found at the plumbing supply. I told him we would keep the handles we had and I'm sure the junky handles were part of the bill but he could return them and take the charge off. Unlike before where the hot water bath handle opened to the left while the cold water handle opened to the right, similar to the handles on our bathroom sink, he seemed to have great trouble putting the hot water handle back as it was to turn clockwise to the left and he asked to be allowed to let it turn to the right. So now both my shower handles open counter-clockwise pointing to the right. With the $50 coupon, the total came to $603 but the job done was not competent commensurate with the high charge. I complained to the owner in replies to emails he sent but never got a reply. Only continuing emails from his co. to solicit more plumbing jobs, which no other plumbing co. ever did in the past on my email.

Peter is a perfect professional. I appreciate his taking the time to evaluate the system carefully and explain what i need now and to watch going forward. I also appreciate the warranty being acknowledged and getting my service covered and fixed in sam day. Very pleased, thanks.

James P was great. I am member and took advantage of the AC/Heater inspection that’s included. He cleaned out whatever was necessary and taught me some things to look out for. He also went out of his way to help me out with a screen that fell out of my dryer vent. 5 stars all the way.

(Update) REVIEW FOR 09JAN2023 Service: I just wanted to start with the issue, that when they did the previous service, our heater radiator then started to shut down one by one until the whole of our first floor turned cold—which is weird because it is not connected with the valve for the heater radiator—so we had Friday, Saturday and Sunday in a cold house. BUT I want to commend the good service, even their office personnel, Kayla and Daniel are very professional and such lovely people, esp Daniel, he helped us with this dilemma step by step over the phone. Lastly, I want to give a big thank you and big praise to James, who was also the one who came here last time, he explained everything to us clearly and resolved the issue and gave us the best solution possible. He knows his stuff and even tried to teach us which is which; Even though I was really sad and disappointed that this issue suddenly came up when we just had something fixed there, this company really uphold their reputation as being professionals and very very kind, even when I was a little emotionally distraught, they remained calm and gave me options. Though very expensive lol but anyway, very good staff! The best I must say! So the stars are for the staff, the one unlit star is for the pricing because it is very high, but let’s see, I might update this still.

(EDIT) Changed it to 5 stars, they gave us discounts so to lessen the burden of the original price, hopefully it will reflect soon in our account ALSO I forgot to mention they have a Military/Veteran discount which is a Plus! So thank you James for giving us those, Daniel and Mr. Manager too! Thank you
