P.A.C. Plumbing, Heating, & A/C

Since I have been on Staten Island, going on 23 years, I have been dealing only with this company. They are my go to.. the guys are phenomenal, I truly appreciate them. In addition, it’s not just Mario and Chris but the entire staff. Thank you to all.

I was very happy with the service and the technician and the responsiveness and how quickly the problem was solved. I was not happy that I was charged $150 for a service call that was all of 20 minutes and a simple tapping of the equipment was all it took to solve the problem. I understand there is a service charge but $150 is high. $100 seems more fair.

Just wanted to say that James from PAC Plumbing came over today for an AC diagnostics and was so professional and amazing!!! Gave us several options on how to fix the issue. Thanks again James

Ken came in and walked me through every possible solution. He explained the problem for our plumbing with patience and empathy. He was courteous and respectful the entire time and got the job done within a reasonable time frame. I rate his skills and customer service a 10/10.

I was in need of my heating system serviced and I called PAC plumbing. They were very professional and were able to help me the same day . A few hours later technician James came and checked all the pipes , labeled them correctly and serviced my system. He explained exactly what he did and was knowledgeable about his profession. I feel at ease now knowing he did his job correctly and I signed a yearly contract. It’s nice to know I have the protection I need to keep my house running smoothly. You made my day and I want to say thank you kindly for all your support 🌸

These gentlemen were professional, clean and respectful. I've had 2 other plumbers come to fix this problem, and it just kept getting worse! I cannot express enough how happy I am. This was worth every penny. And I'm happy I signed up for their Home Care Club! I will be using them again and again!

Luis is always prompt, efficient, and thorough when working. Puts on the boot covers before stepping on the carpet without being asked - always a plus. Fixed our cracked and ancient kitchen sink pipe and left no trace of his work. Highly recommend Luis. I like PAC but wish I could get a better deal on repairs as a monthly customer. That said, having the work guaranteed for a year is nice.

Routine maintenance with my contract for my annual heating system check. James was really great! He was very good at communicating what he had to do, what he was doing and took the time to even make sure we knew where the shut off valve was on my hot water tank. You have to appreciate the level of service and attentiveness because it’s so hard to find today.

I called this business because I had an issue with my shower faucet. The customer service representative was very responsive. The technician Peter arrived and the first thing he did upon arrival was put on shoe coverings. Then he assessed the problem, explained my options and took care of the situation. He immediately knew what the problem was. He was very personable. I was very pleased with the service I received. I will definitely call PAC again

Alex and team went above and beyond. We hired them to see why our shower install wasn't working properly. They took the time to go through all the possible issues until they found the problem. They even were willing to talk our contractor through the problem even though we hadn't hired them to install it. You will not be disappointed in their work or service.
