We called PAC about a clogged kitchen sink drain. We were able to get an appointment right away. The tech, Bobby, was on time and explained the job and the cost thoroughly. The job was finished quickly and as described and Bobby was happy to answer any questions we had along the way. We definitely felt like he wanted to make sure the job was done right the first time. We appreciated the quick appointment and repair. We would use PAC again. Thanks!

Matthew is very knowledgeable, patience, and trustworthy. Our kitchen drain was partially clogged, I’m very satisfied with the result. they don’t charge by time and materials, it’s expensive than what I thought.

They definitely take advantage of people in distress to overcharge them. But that's fair game. What I can't accept is that, despite installing my water heater all fine, they made a few little stains on my wooden floors and never seriously tried to address it, even though I was just asking for a small fix. No customer service once you've paid up.

Had a minor problem with our Burnham Burner. Was very concerned. Appointment set up promptly. John texted me early next morning that he was in his way. He diagnosed issue quickly and performed needed repair

I've been using PAC for two years now. All there workers are professional, friendly and do a good job.

I was in need of having a repair or replacement of a pipe that was leaking. I was nervous as to who to call. My husband for the past 22 years has completed all of my plumbing need’s since he was a plumber however he has passed away. I have seen your truck PAC in my neighborhood so I called your company. Bob was sent as the technician. He showed me what was wrong and explained to me how he could repair and replace the broken parts. He made me feel that I had made the correct decision in calling your company. I was afraid that I would be taken advantage of because I am an elderly woman that knows nothing of plumbing. Bob had also explained the advantages of Paul’s home care club. I decided to stay with your company because of the technician BOB. I highly recommend P.A.C. Plumbing for your HVAC installations. Very professional and highly qualified. We have our furnace replaced they were able to install it within days after my call and had everything working within hours.

I hired PAC to install a humidifier. Had techs come out for estimate. They measured, etc. I hired them to install and when they come, the office ordered the wrong size humidifier. I now have no humidifier and a day completely wasted.
