P.A.C. Plumbing, Heating, & A/C

Plumbing wasn't the problem I was having and the honesty and professionalism was appreciated. P.A.C has done work at my home before and I've been nothing but satisfied. Pete was polite and friendly. Very impress with this company, I'd recommend them to anyone who has Plumbing or heating issues.

PAC was very professional since the moment I contacted them, providing email and SMS updates for scheduling and service people.

I had a new furnace and condenser put in and something went wrong with the electric feed. They were unable to resolve it and called someone to look at it. The person who arrived did not mention that he is with another company and that he would be charging me separately. When he resolved the issue and said "that will be xx dollars but you can just give me yy dollars", I was puzzled. I asked who he was with and he said "DRP". DRP was completely unprofessional. The person did not state that he was with a different company, that the work was billable, and what his rate was.

In summary, PAC was professional and made sure to resolve all issues while the unexpected DRP was evasive and unprofessional.

Great service, great company, they never disappoint, Matt came in and diagnosed the problem right away. Corrected a problem that YouTube couldn’t even fix. Thanks again.

They are the only people who I let work on my home's plumbing and heating system. They have always been and continue to be reliable, efficient, honest and reasonably priced. They are prompt and always call right before arrival to announce themselves. Truly a well organized business and definitely run amd staffed by professionals.

Kerry Manglona was super professional. He explained everything in detail and provided a thorough assessment of the plumbing. I have used P.A.C. for a number of services and their specialists (Ken, Jimmy, Peter, Kerry) never disappoint. They are knowledgeable and professional. Victor couldn't be a nicer, more professional, respectful guy. Came promptly. Took pride in his work. Did the job right. PAC is also a fraction of the cost of competitors. Highly recommend.

Devran was also very kind and respectful. He came just to make sure the boiler/furnace and plumbing are in good order but went out of his way to go above and beyond trying to fix a wonky toilet handle and a loose faucet. Overall very happy this far with the services of PAC.

Had to get the main water pipe redone, since there was a faucet installed before it gets to the water meter. PeterL, the plumber came out, very patient, professional, explained his methods, gave options, in a calm voice. Price was decent also and the amount of time needed to fix and redo the pipes, was quicker than expected. Will recommend for my and other people's plumbing problemd/needs.

The technician, John, was knowledgeable, listened to our concerns, was serious in his work ethic, was courteous and considerate, and was intent in resolving the issue.

Chris arrived right on time. He was friendly and very professional. He came to give me an estimate on hooking up an ice maker on a new refrigerator. He provided a detailed description of the work involved, potential options and costs. He was excellent and I highly recommend him.
