Alex came to do a repipe. He was extremely professional and a truly nice guy. He explained everything thoroughly and sid my repair in no time! I definitely recommend Alex.

As a new homeowner, I have all the questions. Luckily, Pete and Kerry were incredibly informative. After having a few local plumbers inspect the same plumbing issue with my ejector pump, PAC was able to put my mind at ease. I now know exactly what and how the repair needs to be done. We purchase a water filtration system then no one was willing to install. I called quite a few places some seen even in commercials for being top company. All refused but not Pac Plumbing.
They are from Staten Island and was more punctual then the other companies that are in the neighborhood and we live in NJ.
They installed it on the same day they did an expection for us of our over all plumbing and mech. Since our 1st initial visit and I section. We have replaced our water heater and fixed a portion of an eroded pipe and they have been by far an all around top company from there workers to the staff on call. Over all A+,

The two guys that did the work were great. They were responsive, knowledgeable, respective, neat working, quick, thorough and just 2 nice guys.

Ken was magnificent installing my father in-laws new toilet. Ken was patient and knowledgable and answered any question or concerns that either I or my father in-law had with the installation. P.A.C has my father in-laws seal of improvement. 😉

Ken was patient, knowledgeable, efficient and extremely helpful with the plumbing situation at my CoOp apartment today.

James arrived a hour and a half earlier than my appointment for my furnace. Per my request he was able to squeeze me in early which was very helpful to me. James was knowledgeable and detected the trouble quickly. Within no time I was up and running . He was fair and honest with the price.
