I'm extremely impressed with the services received from PAC. The technician Luis, arrived within an hour of me calling. Very professional and knowledgeable. Price was very reasonable and signed up for their membership. Glad I found this company. Thank you Luis, PAC. HIGHLY recommend!!!

John was very professional and checked everything thoroughly on an extremely hot day when the central AC stopped working. He was extremely patient and explained things clearly, making sure we understood the work that was needed to be done and what our best options were. I would def recommend John and PAC!

We just had a completely new HVAC system installed with PAC, and an electrical wire had to be run outside the house for the AC unit. James came back to seal the hole they had drilled outside the house for us after the installation job was finished, and he went above and beyond to get the job done! Moreover, he was extremely pleasant and courteous, and was very professional by explaining what needed to be done! Awesome company and exemplary staff! Thanks James and PAC!

Tried 2 days to open the unit so that I can replace the AC filter, but the screws were done too tight. Thanks for sending James again to the rescue! As always, James was really courteous and extremely professional, and even gave us advice on the things we need to be aware of with our new unit! Without a doubt, PAC and staff are always the best! You can always depend on them!

What a great and unexpectedly pleasant experience. The servicemen that came were identified prior to coming. They came on time. Bob is very good at what he does and he kept me advised every step of the way. They took pictures and text me details on a regular basis. The men were very professional, considerate and friendly. On one occasion, I had a tankless water heater installed. On this last occasion, I had pipes replaced in my 100+ year old home. I highly recommend this service.

Jimmy came out for an inspection. Was great in explaining issues, and services. Thanks.

Kerry and Alex came over to clear out my main sewer line. They were very courteous, and professional. They gave me a lot of great advice, options and pricing. Which was greatly appreciated. I have futures repairs in mind and would gladly have them come back.

They sent Kerry to fix my toilet and he did a phenomenal job. He is superbly professional, extremely knowledgable, and transparent with his work. Excellent communication skills; he taught me a few basic tips to keep up with maintenance. I also needed a new water heater installed. They sent Alex and Bobby, who were very proficient, knowledgeable and efficient. They respected and treated my home like their own. I am so grateful. Gotta love this Port Richmond based business!

Alex n Bobby were polite n honest n gave a quick diagnosis n suggestions as to what the problems were n explained what needed to be done n explained it so I could understand it all. I feel so much better now. The Build it Back program messed up big time in bldg this heating/hot water system. Bobby fixed it!

Kerry from PAC plumbing was great. He arrived right on time. I was actually running a quick errand and he had to wait 2 minutes for me. He was extremely understanding and patient. Kerry performed a complete check-up of my plumbing and heating systems. He looked at the hot water heater and the boiler. Kerry helped me diagnose a leak from my upstairs tub. He was able to quote a price, but I decided to just continue to not use the bath. We discussed a service to drain my hot water heater. I think I will be bringing them back to complete that job. I will
Be requesting Kerry from now on. Ultimately, I decide to join a $20’a month service that provides check ups and advice on future plumbing issues.

I've use PAC several times since moving to NY a year and a half ago, and have been pleased with their service. The technician I see most is Luis F - he is always on time, courteous, respectful of our home, and gets the job done in a timely manner. Thanks for the great service!

Philip came on time and was professional and personable. Knew his stuff and was able to give quick estimates for my oil to gas conversion!. Update the job was completed by Andrew who definitely knew what he was doing. The results are great thanks for everything!
