2 technicians came and gave us a very helpful informative solution that we will need to solve our problems. He explained everything in details.

This was a water tank inspection due to error codes. No repairs needed to be done at this point. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly, and I requested an estimate for a new water tank installation, which I received within 10 minutes. So far I am very satisfied with their services. It also helped to have joined their membership program, which provides free visits and yearly regular inspections of heating and air conditioning units.

Have used PAC on several occasions for commercial work and they are always punctual, very informative and thorough in explaining diagnosis, and the actual work. All of their staff is polite and professional. Very hard to find custom service and professionalism on this level.

Bob works very hard and is detecting the problem as we go along we will not give up on it ...Bob has been with the company for a number of years he is skilled in combi boiler units as well .he is honest and to the point and skilled in the field and a credit to the company. when work is completed Part two of this review will be updated

Absolutely incredible customer service and flawless work. We called today after our sump pump broke and were due to have our inspection to sell our house tomorrow. The woman who answered was so compassionate and accommodating she had somewhere to our house in 20 minutes. The technicians were friendly, efficient and skilled. I cannot say enough good things about our experience today. Amazing job, we are so grateful!

Be cautious about this company. PAC cheated me on several levels. PAC asked me to buy their membership service. So I paid close to $300 for their yearly membership. The membership includes AC tune-up, heating system tune-up, etc. However, when they came to my home when I called them, they did not tune up anything. One visit took less than 10 minutes. They did not do anything for a tune-up. Second, I asked them to replace the control panel for the heating system. They charged me around $1300. Since I am not knowledgeable about the heating system, later I found out they did not install the control panel properly at all. PAC technician simply manually turned on all zone for the heating system. Therefore, during spring 2020, I had to call for service again since when I turn off my thermometer, the heat is still on. Later, they said because these zone valves were manually turned on. In winter 2020, I turned on my thermometer, the central heating control panel does not work properly at all. I called PAC since they installed it last winter. However, the lady at PAC said they cannot serve me anymore because I am not satisfied with their membership. Membership and installing a central heating control panel are totally two separate things. However, they refuse to come to even look at it. I was forced to call another company for service. The other company said it is because the wiring work PAC did is wrong so that is why when PAC installed the control panel, they turned the heat on manually. Also, attached are pictures of the work PAC did. They did not even cover the control panel after their work. What a terrible service! No one should use this company that does not even care about their work. Because of their terrible work, I had two suffer two days without heat in my house in winter.
