Couldn't be happier with Arnica. They came the same day I called. Diagnosed the problem with my HVAC heating unit and had it fixed and running the next day after getting the part. Not only that, the guy was super friendly and diligent; took his job seriously and didn't leave a stone unturned in trying to diagnose the problem. The real 'above and beyond' of it is the fact that my heating unit is located in a tiny crawlspace above my bathtub. Another company I called wouldn't even attempt to fix the unit unless I cut open the ceiling and made an access door. Not Arnica. The guy just wedged himself into the space and saved me a ton of money and hassle by not having me cut open my ceiling. I would use these guys again in a heartbeat (although I really hope I won't have to!)

We were with no hot water. We called the company and they got back to promptly. They gave us a time window that worked with our work schedule. Our technician was John. He was very knowledgeable about his work. He got to the problem right away. Everything was resolved pretty quickly. I will definitely contact them again and refer them to friends and family.
