Mechanic Tony Cheung was able to resolve our heating/cooling needs during the height of the summer heat. Our energy cost nearly tripled over the course of two moderately warm months in Staten Island. Tony checked the condenser unit and evaluated for any potential problems in the HVAC unit. He did a full assessment and saw that the original install was a problem with the tubing, but it can still be fixed. Pricing for time/labor and material was fair and average for this industry. He replaced the Freon, checked the gauges, checked inner ducts, checked the effort on the condenser.

I cannot be more than impressed with his HOLISTIC approach in rescuing an older HVAC unit. Many of the local HVAC people requested a full $10K replacement of the HVAC system, but I am glad I reached out to Tony to save $10K and spent less than $3K for a relatively healthy system.
