From the first phone call to the install of my new ac units the folks at Community were prompt and professional. They provided clear direction of what my needs were and the ac unit options I had. The techs who came to do my install were very polite and professional. The guys did a beautiful job installing my units, they worked very clean, had great respect for my home, when they were finished it looked like they were never here. Even their trucks and tools were spotless! Excellent experience all around.

What can I say about Community 11 other then they provide tremendous craftmanship, thorough analysis and extreme value in their work and customer service. It all starts at the top and filters down.
Starting with customer service. It was impeccable starting with Sally who setup my appt in the most timely and efficient manner. She was so pleasant to deal with and accommodated my schedule as is not found in many other companies.
Anthony Sr. and Michael (the owner and son) and rest of staff took the time and had the patience to explain and inform me what was needed and not needed thereby not upselling me equipment or service that wouldn't be required. That says everything you need to know about this company. Integrity. Even after when I had questions after work was completed, they took their time to re-instruct me in proper operation/maintenance of equipment (I'm not the sharpest pencil when it comes to this).
Let me end with this: They are an outstanding Heating and AC company, but more importantly you will find no better, honest, and competent people. They under promise and over deliver. It’s rare that you find a big company that has many big clients as they do who still worries and cares about the small clients.

Community II Stands the test of time and very reputable. From the installation of my heating System via the Builder back on 1992. Replacement various equipment (hot water heater(2)) addition of a whole house Humidifier 1994) Installation of an Instant Hot
water heater.
The Instant hot water heater was problematic.. not there Community II Fault. I had an issue with the install and it led to a discussion with the owner. Which was very understanding and explained some issues...(size of pipe that needed to be installed.) Which was corrected. We later took out the instant hot and installed the good old Hot water heater!!!

Flash forward to 1/22.. Out heat goes out during one of the coldest days.. Google / Nest Thermostat CS says it's the "C" wire. I am now in another house with Heating and AC about 5 years old.. ??? So I deal with Google CS for over 5 days... finally we install this gizmo If u don't have a C wire.. (That was insane. Just wanted to see us products.. (there was nothing wrong with my thermostat) The reason my heating system kept shutting off was the board was bad. Community II was able to come out the next day and diagnose the problem (we needed a new board) The board was ordered that day and took 2 days to arrive from LI.. (Community II kept me abreast of what was happening..And even explained that the dealer only ships no pickups.. bummer as we had no heat and I was worried the pipes would freeze over our crawl space.) The board was replaced under warranty.. (Which the Tech gave me my Model and Serial number of the Furnace (even wrote over the #in pen on the carbon copy of the receipt.) I strongly recommend Community II they were professional, honorable and have strong ethics. They have never tried to take advantage of me and have always been fair and responsive.

They came on Saturday to look at our ac unit. Five minutes in the door and charged $179. Told us it's the compressor in 5 minutes. Never followed up with an estimate. It's a heatwave and I have elderly parents. No call back and it's wed night. Bad business and customer service. They lost us as a customer.

Jonathan came in to my house to look at my hot water which was not working after a flood in my home. Jonathan was efficient, well-skilled and polite. Within 15 minutes my hot water service was restored. I have been using this company for 8 years now. Very honest and fair pricing. No games, no drama. They could have told me I needed a new watet heater or any other part. Honest people. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company.

I called community because I wanted to add a vent to a room in a second floor bedroom, because of lack of airflow from the current vent. Anthony came by and recognized a potential problem that I could fix on my own. Long story short I took his advice and it worked. Instead of him coming in and just saying yes I can add the vent and make a quick few bucks he was straightforward and honest. He was friendly and forthcoming. I would recommend everyday of the week and twice on Sunday.

Excellent company to do business with. They are honest, knowledgable, and prompt! This was the only company to answer my call at night for an emergency A/C problem. I found Joe to be very respectful and very professionally smart that I signed a maintenance contract with this company that night! Then the next day Mike , the owner, answered my call for a new boiler , relocating a thermostat and a baseboard heater. Mike got the job done in one day. Pat, Juan and Joe worked diligently and did a fantastic job! I am extremely happy that I found this wonderful company ! I plan on hiring Mike again in the Spring. Besides having a great work ethic, Mike is pretty funny, too! Thank you guys for making my house warm and safe!!!!

Last Christmas morning my heat went out and I called everyone and nobody would come that day. Except for Community II Heating. They were there shortly. Fixed my boiler quickly and saved Christmas for me and my family. The service technician that came was very friendly and the price, especially for the situation, was very reasonable. Great experience and would recommend them to anyone!

The office staff was very nice and acconadating. The techs were to my home within 1 hour. They were kind and respectful. They wore mask and washed their hands. The job was completed quickly abd neatly. Highly recommend
