Todd came to my home when I was having an issue with my heating system. He arrived to my house on time and was able to fix the problem quickly. I highly recommend this company for your heating needs. If you can, ask for Todd.

A couple of months ago I engaged in adding roughly about 2000 ft.² to my home. Came time for heating and air-conditioning (central) my contractor brought in his guy and I just wasn't sold on how he wanted to lay out the unit, wasn't really sure about the unit that he was recommending. So I was about to ask on Facebook if anybody knew of anybody when Community II happened to simultaneously post about their company. I told them that I was ready right away to if someone come look at it because I needed to keep the ball rolling in my project.

Heather (owners wife)was extremely nice and replied right away, Michael the owner came the very next day explain to them what I was looking to do he had no problem with the area I wanted the unit in. Made some recommendation that i had no idea about. Dealt with Micheal and Anthony (father son owners) with pricing they both came back the next day we signed a contract (which was very reasonable). They left my house at 6pm and come back at 8am to start.
They came with a crew lead by John (Forman) who has never been to the house but between 6pm and 8am he must have been briefed bc he hit the ground running.
They came everyday with a crew and everyone was on point and CLEAN. ( which after doing this project. No one is clean!!!) they worked so well with the plumbers bc i added a humidifier and a drain.

I can't say anything negative about anyone from community II, and honestly they helped me with a few other things around the house. Gave me a spray foam guy, gave me ideas on how to wire up my TV's. Lol. They really made me feel like family!

Worst HVAC contractor ever. I wanted to install a trane 95% efficiency furnace in my house. Couldn't in my area on Trane's website, I called them up and they gave me the contact of community II. The owner Mike (the father), came to my house for an estimate. Looked at my 1988 furnace and sold me the 100,000 BTU model, he did not look around the house to see if this size is the right size or not. He did not even think of the size of the new furnace and if it is going to fit in place of the old one or not. A Friday was schedule for the installation priced at $6500. Two men came to install it. Took the old furnace out and when opened the new furnace's package, they realized that it is too big to fit where it was supposed to and be able to slide the door. Another installer came to look at the problem, tried calling the "shop" and get me a smaller furnace that can fit, this did not work. At the end I said go ahead and install the new one and the door was taken off. When I was given an estimate, I informed that I wanted to change my old thermostat with a NEST, he said OK. I bought the thermostat and when tried to replace the old one, they discovered that it can not be installed in the same location where the old one was. Now, I spoke with the other owner (the son) who stated that his father did not know much about the new thermostat technology and said OK without knowing the installation requirements for the new one, as the Nest needed a whole new wiring. I went crazy with one of the guys to find another location, it was not ideal of course. Also the new furnace needed a drain line, which was not at all addressed during the estimate, again we had to brain storm to find the best way to do that, which I did and it wasn't too bad.
Now, when the installation was complete, which took forever, they turned the furnace on to test it, nothing. It was approaching 3 or 4pm, I can't remember which is the end of their working hours, they simply wanted to leave me with a non working furnace on a cold Friday night and a weekend in April and I had a 9 year old son at the time until Monday morning.
I spoke with the (son) again at that day I had 5 people in my house each one was trying to work on one of the problems that they faced during this install. He agreed to leave me with one of them to try to get it to work, he did what he could but failed, he called another guy who was at my house earlier to guide him on what to do, but failed.
I ended up without heat until Monday, took another day off work, so I can get my newly installed furnace to work, which finally happened on Monday.
When it finally worked, air was blowing very loudly out of all vents, I said to the guy this furnace is over sized and air is blowing and he agreed with me, we called and let them know that, but did not care of course. I spoke with the (father) again trying to see what they can do to compensate me for all the trouble that I wen through, he did not offer anything. Kept changing his story, telling me that this job took longer than expected and ate all their profit form it and in another story , he told me that this job was supposed to take more than one day and when I asked him, if you knew that it was going to take more than one day, how come did you schedule the install on a Friday, knowing that you are going to leave me without heat during the weekend, I got not answer.
I complained to trane, they said that they are going to investigate this matter and get back to me. Few days later I followed up with them, they asked if community II contacted me and no they did not.
Few days later, water started leaking from the drain pump onto my floor, called them up, someone came the next day and it turned out they the installers forget to take a part of the packaging off the pump, which was preventing the pump from pumping the water. I could not fit the rest of my horror story with them limit reached on this review.
