I’ve been an Arnica customer for several years. Arnica first earned my business by providing a competitive price for a new furnace and being honest about the AC unit not needing replacement. For the furnace installation and every yearly tune-up, the skilled service techs were on-time, polite and professional. Thanks to Arnica the new furnace continues to be problem free and the old AC unit, which upon their recommendation was not replaced, is still working well.

Called Arnica on the phone for estimates. The representatives I spoke with were super nice and were very willing to answer my questions. However when the estimator came out, he didn't look very approachable. Didn't really ask me much. Just looked at my systems and took down notes. Asked is there anything else and then told me I would be getting a email with the quote.

I have used Arnica for several years now, and they are always prompt, pleasant and very customer focused. I have gone through several Staten island HVAC companies, and been disappointed until I found Arnica. I would definitely recommend them.

It’s so nice to share when you are “Wowed” by a company that not only does a great job, but the installation professional, Adam and the Office Manager, Rosette,are super pleasant, knowledgeable, patient, helpful, explains everything and you feel comfortable/safe having them inside your home during the stressful time of installing a Central AC during a heatwave for my sick mom. I couldn’t be happier with the installation and would highly recommend this company.

We did a full heating system and hot water conversion from gas to electric heat pumps with Arnica and have been impressed. They will secure the rebates from NYS and ConEd, and are able to retrofit condensers, lines, and minisplits to your home. The service has been great so far, and the Mitsubishi and Rheem heat pump systems are really nice.

Contacted Arnica Heating, Lisa at the office she was extremly helpfull and professional. Being a holiday she was still able to accomodate us wth an appointment. As we are a construction company we are usually at different locations, Arnica Heating communicated with us with accuracy giving us heads up as to the technicians ETA which was extremely helpfull. Techinician was very knowledgeable. Highly recommend them for any heating or AC work.

I contacted arnica to perform an installation of a ductless mini-split installation for me and was very satisfied and happy with my system. Simone the owner is very knowledgeable, the team who came to install were friendly and clean, Jackie in the office was in communication throughout the entire process, helping me with any questions or needs, and kept me informed. I would recommend the company to others and will continue to use them myself for any future needs.

Recently had a new boiler installed by Arnica and it was an good experience overall. The customer service was good in calling for an appointment for a quote, getting paperwork timely and scheduling appointments for service. The office staff is friendly and professional. They came and installed the boiler in a timely fashion. The only issue with the install was that the tech did not connect to our power properly and the boiler shut down quickly, however they called and a different tech came by the next day, fixed the problem, helped to set the thermostat and both techs followed up nicely. Thanks Arnica. If I can, I will recommend you to others.
