    I chose Arnica to install a hyper heat Mitsubishi split system for my entire 2 family house in Ozone Park. The Arnica team are experts at what they do and I cannot be more happy with my new mini-split system. Simone visited my home for an assessment and his expertise was immediately clear. He knew the Mitsubishi product, NYSERDA/Con-Ed requirements inside out. Also Simone informed me about the NYS Clean Heat rebate program that was recently launched in NY; no other HVAC contractor mentioned this to me before. It's a huge savings and if you are considering a whole-house heating/cooling solution I strongly encourage you to research this and select a contractor that participates in the program.

    The crew was a pleasure to work with from the start. They installed a total of 3 condensers with 10 air handlers and kumo clouds that cover every room in my house. All of them were very knowledgeable and personable. They were extremely neat with their piping and cuts. I got to know a couple of them and I honestly missed them when the job was over.

    It's mid December now and the system is providing very good heat. I can just heat the rooms I occupy and turn off the heads in the rooms I don't use. So far I have not had to turn on my old gas boiler for traditional steam radiator heating, even with the below freezing weather. No more noisy radiators waking me up at night! I had a minor issue one night with one of my condenser blades freezing after a snow storm. I resolved the problem myself but Simone still called me that night (well after business hours) to make sure everything was working fine. This is the quality of people you want to do business with.

    I woke up with no heat this morning. Arnica sent out someone right away to help. Neil was incredible. He looked through my whole system thoroughly, explained everything to me and answered my questions. He was able to make the repairs and within an hour I was up and running. I was so happy with how efficient, professional and nice he was, he made sure I was all set and understood everything before he left. I can't say enough about what a great experience this was. Often you get service contractors in and they barely say 2 words to you. Not so this time. I will use them for all my heating and cooling needs.

    Second job with Arnica they did a 2 family all new Central Air and second job was Central air for commercial space. They are reliable, punctual and most of all professionals who know the job in and out. Straight forward to the point, no games no phony business. Highly recommend them.

    These guys were like miracle workers!

    They were able to come out within a week, much sooner than others could come.
    It was for a complicated job where the outdoor unit had failed and needed all new boards and motor.

    Their technician, Victor, was pure genius -- he knew everything about getting in, swapping parts, and out of that unit in no time - he was super skilled at all the innards of these units - and I can tell you I've seem quite the opposite!

    They also worked out easily that the parts were covered by warranty, which saved us major $$!

    But the most impressive part about this team is that they don’t mind taking on a tough problem…
    The original installer had put the unit in backwards, which made the access to it quite tricky.
    Victor said no worries - he could get in there, flip it around, take care of the work, and put it back without any concern. When I had sent photos of our installation to 2 other repair vendors, they said no way they would touch it - too risky! Arnica handled the work on our 3rd floor apt perfectly well.

    My hats off to these guys who can take on any job, and do great work with it... and have it done quickly and professionally.
    They come highly recommended to all y'all out there :-)

    We recently contacted Arnica Heating and Air Conditioning about our heating system, which would turn turn on. Winter was approaching and needless to say, we were quite worried. We have been using their service for about 18 years, and never thought about using any other company. The technician came in a timely fashion, which is key when you're experiencing a problem. You're anxious to hear about the problem and cost. They usually show up the same day or next. The technician solved the problem and also told us how to upgrade our system to cut down on
    problems in the future. He was very kind, professional and very fair. Their prices are very reasonable. At the end of the job, he actually asked for a mop to clean up the area. This company gets it!

    We called Arnica they responded immediately they came the worker was very knowledgeable he new right away what was wrong with our furnace. Within an hour he was done. He did a great job. I will definitely use them again

    We were referred to Arnica by Mitsubishi. While the Tech was late it was mostly due to the sever weather on that day. Our Technician Neil came and was very polite and pleasant to start. He knew exactly what to do to get our HVAC units up and running. Kudos to Technician Neil & Arnica Heating. I highly recommend them.

    When I called Arnica for service it was after hours on Friday. I didn't expect to hear from them until after Christmas. To my surprise they responded that same evening and assured me that they would be out on the following Tuesday. Nick, service tech, showed up as promised. He immediately assessed and abated the problem. Then he made sure all heating vents were working at optimal capacity. He was very pleasant.
