I had the pleasure of working with the Arnica Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. team on a job recently to install a Mitsubishi wall mounted ductless Air Conditioning system in my parents’ home. Overall the experience was outstanding and nothing less than world class. The owner, Simone was very professional and knowledgeable and his approach and style, which helped us design the right AC solution, was 100% spot on and very comforting to the owners of the home. In addition, the electricians recommended (Website Electric) were outstanding as well. Finally, the staff that installed the equipment were highly skilled, very professional and did world class work. The installation was quick, seamless and outstanding!! Overall the experience top to bottom was nothing short of world class, 5 Stars and I would highly recommend using Arnica Heating & Air Conditioning for all of your heating and AC needs.

My split duct Mitsubishi unit started leaking so I called Arnica which installed the unit two years ago. I expected that I would need a new pump but was surprised when the technician said that it needed to be cleaned. He showed me how to do it properly so that I would be able to avoid a service call in the future. Very professional!

I am very happy with level of service I got from Arnica. My furnace stopped working on January 2. Having done some research and seeing positive reviews of the company, I called Arnica. The technician, John, was dispatched to my house the next day. It took him 10 minutes to diagnose the issue - the defective control board. I wondered if it was even possible to spend so little time and diagnose correctly. But it all turned out well: they ordered new control board and installed it on the next visit and my furnace works again. Prompt, courteous service.

Recently I had a ductless A/C unit installed in my older home on Staten Island. I did my homework on the product I needed and wanted. I wanted a 24k btu unit to cool the first floor (preferably Mitsubishi because that's what everyone in the neighborhood seemed to be going with and they all seemed to love it). I gathered quotes, then I checked with the Better Business Bureau and after seeing the A+ rating I decided to go with Arnica. I was also thrilled to find that they were an award winning Mitsubishi installer. Dealing with them from the initial phone call to the follow up phone calls after installation was a pleasant experience. Every question was answered on the phone, in an email, or in person. The techs and staff both in and out of the office at Arnica are professionals . Neil was my installer but I don't think it matters who you get there. The company culture seems to be tilted towards customer satisfaction.
I would highly recommend them for anyone looking to install ductless.

I needed to replace my outdated forced air furnace. I researched the top brands. Arnica is an authorized distributor of American Standard. Simon, the boss, called me promptly after receiving my message from the answering service. He discussed the brand, pricing, and scheduled a visit and installation within the same week. I found the pricing and warranty to be reasonable. Simon and all of the Arnica staff were polite and professional. I recommend contacting Arnica for your heating needs.

When a new furnace was installed a little over a year ago, the work was completed in a timely and mess-free way. All my questions to the installer were answered politely and clearly. Yesterday it was time for a maintenance check-up so I called around 10 a.m. to schedule an appointment and was surprised to learn that someone would be dispatched shortly. The technician was here within a couple of hours and the check-up was completed quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend Arnica Heating and Air Conditioning if you have need for this type of service.

We called Arnica when our heating system stopped working. They were very professional from the initial phone call to when the service man left our home.
He fixed our boiler quickly and gave us a fair price.

Arnica provides excellent service. They were very quick to call back after my initial inquiry. The office also stayed in touch throughout the installation of my new PTAC units to make sure everything went according to plan and were thorough in their answers to my questions and concerns. Paul and Ryan who did the installation were very professional and friendly. Paul went above and beyond to switch the outlets and even helped me fix the edges of my newly painted walls. I had a mini split heat pump system installed by Arnica in March of 2016 in our Brownstone apartment in Park Slope. Overall, the system works very well in keeping our house warm and cool, and even though we did have a system leak about 1 year into operation, Arnica came and addressed the problem promptly, professionally, and were always very friendly do deal with. We also recommended Arnica to our neighbors in the apartment below us, and they have been very happy as well. Rosette, Neil, and Ryan were a pleasure to deal with, and I would highly recommend Arnica to anyone looking for a similar installation.

Arnica installed Mitsubishi ductless multi zone mini split system in my home. I am amazed how quiet the outdoor condenser and the split-system units operate. Cooling occurs within 10 minutes. The installation required 2 full days including the electrical run. Special thanks to the two installers Neil and Ryan, they were very friendly, courteous and neat. They did an outstanding job.
