Three years ago Arnica removed our old boiler and replaced it with a new one. They were professional and efficient. I have phoned with questions regarding winter start-up and they have always responded quickly and courteously. Today, Paul, a service technician came to clean the boiler. He was on-time and finished within the hour. I highly recommend Arnica to anyone in need of their services.

Arnica did an excellent job installing my ductless split unit system. They can go my home to provide an estimate and we scheduled a date to install. The team at Arnica is wonderful to deal with and they took we y opportunity to answer my questions and provide documents I needed for my cooperative.

My husband and I just recently decided on installing ductless AC's for our house. Best decision ever to go with Arnica Cooling and heating. Staff ( Jackie and Simon) were so professional and competent in arranging the installation; coordinating services from the contractors and electricians. I was having trouble with my central air conditioning. After calling Arnica they sent a repair man out the same day. He was able to make the repairs and got my air conditioning working in no time. The repair man was very professional, and polite. The staff at the office called afterward to make sure I was satisfied with everything. I would highly recommend Arnica, excellent service and reasonable prices.

We used Arnica for a number of our projects in NYC to fix a wide range of air conditioning issues. We were very happy with the results and quick resolution time for every single home we contacted them. Very professional and knowledgeable team of technicians and very patient with us people not so experience in HVAC issues. Arnica will be our first choice if any other issues occur.

I've been a customer of Arnica's since 2017. They installed a mini-split system in my house in January 2017 when we bought or new house and we renovating. Before we got quotes for this, we had a friend who is a commercial HVAC engineer look at our space and give us a ballpark for the number of BTUs and air handlers that we'd need. When Simon came by and gave us his quote, it was the only one we got that was in line with what our friend told us, and the price was very reasonable. The installation was done smoothly and professionally. When we moved in later that year, there were some issues with condensate drainage that they weren't able to fully test when the system was installed in the winter. Arnica quickly addressed these issues for no additional fees and ensured that the system was running well. Since then the mini splits have been running great and keep our home comfortable. Arnica has also serviced our steam boiler annually and done a thorough, professional job getting it ready for the heating season.

Arnica Heating and Air Conditioning just completed the removal and install of a Mitsubishi Split System in my Central Park West Apartment. Everyone from Arnica (from the installers to the office staff and owner) was very efficient, respectful and focused on customer satisfaction. My situation had some site issues that they solved very creatively. And they really cleaned up after they were done!! Highly recommend.

Our central ac unit was not blowing out cold air and it was not outputting enough force to cool the house. We bought the house soon after this unit was put in and it had been about 5 years since anything had been touched. Saw a sticker that Arnica had installed the unit so I thought giving them a call would be best.

Was able to call them and schedule a visit that same week. The repairman came, figured out the issue and fixed it fairly quickly. A compressor piece needed to be replaced and freon needed to be put back into the system. The whole job cost about $1200 (about 200 for the inspection, 460 for the piece to be replaced and the rest in replacing freon) which is pretty steep but you pay for their knowledge not the amount of work that is done.

There was a cash discount so my wife had to run to the bank because it was a $92 difference which is considerable. All in all they were great at fixing the problem but expensive as these things are. Will try to replace the freon myself in the future but if you have problems and do not know how to do these things just pay the money, avoid the headache and let the pros do what they do.

Definitely would recommend if you have an AC unit that is not working properly.

The professionalism with Arnica is great. I have used them to replace my boiler, my AC unit as well as maintenance on my unit's ( I have 2zone) They come right away. During this time (Corona) the mechanics wear their mask. They are also very nice and polite.
