I needed to replace my hot water heater which was purchased from and installed by Arnica 13 years ago. I called the Staten Island office Monday morning and by the early afternoon the installation had been completed. The price I paid was the price I was quoted. The technicians who did the work were knowledgeable, friendly and efficient.

I called Arnica Heating and Air Conditioning Inc, was greeted by a friendly professional. I described my problem, was given a next day appointment. They arrived within the two hour of appointment. They quickly assessed my problem and advised accordingly. They are skilled and knowledgeable. Great experience; highly recommended!

In the depths of a cold February, my heating system stopped working. Arnica Heating and Air, which installed the gas furnace in 2007, responded promptly to my call for service. Replacement parts were promptly ordered and obtained, restoring the unit. The service technicians did a thorough job testing all components of the heating system, including the ducts and gas line. The office staff proved to be courteous and helpful throughout the ordeal.

Arnica was very helpful on the phone and listened carefully to my needs. They made it all happen in the afternoon helping me as well as an upstairs tenant with a two month old baby. The hot water was returned to us by 3pm. I am greatful for the teams efforts. Bravo Arnica!

We woke up to no heat on a very cold day. Called Arnica Heating & AirCondition INC, and they came and fixed our problem the same day!
