Out furnace was blowing out cold air only so I called Arnica. They responded promptly and sent a technician who quickly diagnosed the problem. After getting the part needed, they were able to repair the furnace quickly, which I was grateful for as the cold weather is coming. The dispatcher and the technicians that visited my home were all nice and professional. They communicated well at each step and I would call them again for any heating/air conditioning issues (hopefully none, but you know..life).

I highly recommend Arnica Heating and AC, Inc. We used them yesterday to service our Mitsubishi Duel Duct System. A technician named John came to our house and he was clean, polite, thorough and lovely to work with. I was also so happy with the people we spoke on the phone with to make the appointment. We even got a follow up phone call to see if we were satisfied, which we were! I would call them again in the future.

My dad had an issue with his furnace so I arranged to have Arnica try to troubleshoot as they originally installed it years ago. Simon was very helpful, courteous and professional. His technician got the job done. Rosette Lauro at the office was very helpful and all in all I would recommend this company to people in the future.

Reliable and knowledgeable home service calls. I have six split system air conditioning units and always call Arnica if there is a problem, or if I just want maintenance to make sure there are no problems. They are a little on the high side, but they are worth it. They know what they are doing and handle their business in a professional way.

I had a very good experience with Arnica. We had four ductless mini-split units and condensors installed into our 4000 sq. ft. store. I had received quotes from half a dozen companies and there was a fairly large range of prices and systems suggested to cool and heat our space. Arnica's quote was not the least expensive but did seem fair and was extremely thorough compared to the other quotes I'd received. I felt like they were experienced and accounted for most of the potential issues that could come up in the job. Simon who came to quote the job was very professional and was accessible to answer several questions I had both in the planning and execution phases of the job. Due to the particulars of our building getting the compressors on the roof was tricky. The crew was super helpful and flexible and went the extra mile to overcome a few obstacles and to keep job on track time-wise and within the quoted price. They were also thoughtful and consulted us regarding making sure we were happy with the aesthetics of the job. Our customers, employees and I are now happily enjoying our AC. I definitely recommend Arnica.

We hired Arnica to reinstall two complicated split systems in our Brooklyn brownstone. The previous contractors had completely botched the job, and the units had never worked properly. When Arnica saw the mess that the previous folks had made, they immediately set to work ripping out the old tubing, repositioning the condensers, and making sure that the installation was up to code. The guys doing the job were professional, friendly, dependable, and patient -- working long hours until the job was done properly. This was a challenging installation characterized by unexpected complications, but the Arnica people were doggedly determined to get the thing right. We are very grateful to them for protecting a substantial investment in our home.

Have used Arnica Services for many years and have always found them responsive and competent. They provide a window of arrival time for your appointment and call to let you know when the service person is on his way.
John, the most recent service person, was careful when going through my carpeted apt to the backyard and equally as careful with the plants
surrounding the AC unit. He also recommended some options to prevent the problem in the future.

Our gas boiler furnace went out on Saturday afternoon and we are left without heat at night. We had one plumber from other company came on Sunday, wanted to replace the entire gas boiler for $6000 by stating our 14-years old gas boiler is too dirty to clean. I did not want to pay this kind of money. I called Arnica Sunday night, their plumber came on Monday afternoon, clean the entire gas boiler and the heater is back on with only 10% of the cost to replace the unit. Arnica is honest and quick response to emergency call. I am very happy with their service and very impress with their honesty in conducting business.
