Had my gas boiler replaced by Arnica the day before Christmas Eve. After getting estimates from 4 other companies and having our local plumber misdiagnose the problem, Arnica saved the day.
I'm very pleased with the installation and the new boiler from Arnica. The crew who removed the old boiler was clean and quick (they put down paper and cleaned up after they were finished). The crew who installed the new boiler worked quickly and left no mess. They were done in the amount of time they estimated (about 6 hours).
After three weeks the boiler is working perfectly and our house has never been warmer - absolutely no problems during the extreme cold weather.
Best of all, the price was very fair compared to other companies and they explained the entire pricing in writing when they came to do the estimate.
Would recommend to any homeowner in Brooklyn.

Spending the last two summers sweating in a midtown co-op apartment, my window AC unit no longer could keep up with the brutal hot city temperature. After meeting with over seven air conditioning installers for bids, there was absolutely no doubt in my mind to go with this highly rated company.

From the initial contact I made talking to Rosette, who quickly set me up for an appointment with Simone, through to the final day of installation by a very proficient team, Arnica constantly proved it’s 5 star and ‘A’ ratings. It all starts at the top. President, Simone Arnica, showed up for the consultation within the window of time set, listened carefully to my needs, respected my budgetary restrictions and presented the best possible solution by applying his over 35 years of experience. Because I get heat from my building, he recommended a Mitsubishi mini ductless system without the heat pump, thus putting my limited electrical power into cooling only.

Simone has assembled a top-notch staff. Office Manager, Jackie was very helpful supplying the necessary insurance certificates my co-op manager required, and Rosette kept the communication lines always open. The installation team, Victor and Angelo, were highly professional, polite, and friendly. Victor was able to run the necessary refrigerant lines with minimal wall and ceiling damage. A little spackling was all that’s needed. Very impressive.

Most importantly, Simone assured me that he will always back up the equipment and his installation. He and his company will be there to address any future questions or problems that arise. That was an important selling point for me to choose Arnica, established with a long working history.

Don’t hesitate to call them up for your HVAC needs and experience for yourself how a good solidly run company operates. You won’t regret it.

Arnica was wonderful, very professional and responsive even during periods of extremely high demand. They were very careful while doing work to make sure nothing else in my apartment was impacted and that things were clean afterward - we have a 1yr old so this was appreciated by us. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing AC work.

Our HVAC system decided that a Sunday in December was a good time to conk out and stop heating our apartment in Brooklyn. Luckily, Arnica - one of several firms we contacted - proved to be both very responsive, reliable, and professional: they called us back after we had left a message Sunday afternoon and the technician came as promised Monday morning and fixed the problem. The heat is back and we are happy!

My furnace recently broke and I called Arnica Heating and Air. This is my second time using their business and I have to say I was pleased both times. What struck me both times is even when a part is difficult to obtain, they somehow are able to get their hands on one in a timely fashion. The gentleman who came this time was John. He was very helpful and extremely professional. I also think their fees are fair and reasonable unlike many competitors. I highly recommend Arnica to others!

Arnica installed a Mitsubishi heating and cooling unit in one of my rental rooms. I was very happy with all points of contact with the company. The unit works well, and the service rendered before and after the installation was why I would recommend the company.

I struggled to find a Mitsubishi Diamond HVAC technician for a while and Arnica has the certification and did a great job inspecting my building of 5 units. Great communication over the phone and by email with Lisa and plan to use them yearly to check our home.
