I had a complete dual zone Mitsubishi heat pump (heating and cooling) system installed with Yost and Campbell around 3 months ago, the new system replaced the boiler heating water radiators in my whole house and got rid of the ugly AC window units.

The recommended and installed Mitsubishi system is solid, I still need to evaluate the heating capacity when the winter comes, but the cooling is amazing.

Regarding the installation experience, we opted to go ducted (Mitsubishi can also be ductless). The crew that worked in my house was really polite and professional. Eddys and his apprentice did a really good job, there is no way to be perfect on the duct work, it is a retrofit after all, but I was extremely pleased with the final result.

John I. was my sales representative, I was amazed about how much technical knowledge he had about the installation and the system. It was really comforting having him back at my place on the first day of installation. He is so busy, sometimes it might be hard to find him, so drop him an email and he will get back to you. Always spot on to address any concern you have.

Cleaned the mold from 2 split system heat pump units. But now 1 of the 2 remaining units not cleaned has an unpleasant odor.

Good guy, thorough, helpful, and agreed Yost should remind customers to buy filters before the visit

Omar took the time to explain how the system works. He located the problem, was courteous and such a pleasure to deal with.

Juan Barreno was very polite and professional. Called before his arrival and did a system maintenance on my HVAC system.

Review of Yost & Campbell Furnace and Air Conditioning System installation Oct 29, 2018:
I was replacing my Furnace and A/C system. I obtained 5 estimates from the Westchester area. Y&C came in with the best price. Others were close but I decided to go with them due to their reviews on Yelp, Angie’s list and a few other sources. They also have excellent credentials related to this field. Today you never know what kind of workmanship you will get after paying thousands of dollars on projects.
Price: very fair – I am very happy with what I paid.
Workmanship: Excellent – I can’t state how happy I am with the quality of the install. I am shocked how professional this was done. The finished product was perfection. I’m dead serious.
The Installers Juan, Jesus and the Electrician (his name escapes me) were EXCELLENT. Leo, the Field Supervisor supplied valuable insight when he came out to do the initial survey for the installation. Stephen, my first contact with Yost, provided multiple scenarios regarding the estimate. Misael, Senior Professional Service Technician, did the follow-up fine tuning of the system
The Office staff: Michelle and Lisa were great.
I hope the follow-up Service is as good as the install. Time will tell.

Annual AC Checkup and Maintenance...

Matt was the technician. He was excellent.
Informed me of what he was checking. Showed me how clean the blower and ac exchanger were. Remarked that I must be changing the filter often.

He was friendly but yet very professional.
A very good representative for Yost n Campbell.

I was notified of his impending arrival. Notified when he arrived n his completion.

Yost n Cambell has been servicing this unit since its installation in Oct 2018.
I have absolutely no complaints.
