    All I can say is that after 2 years of having my heating and ac system installed I finally had 2 fault code issues resolved. Thanks to receptionist Sabrina who took the time and had the patience to hear me out, she then transfered me to Manager Sydney. Mr. Sydney listened carefully to my complaints and concerns. He immediately looked into it and scheduled a tech for the very next day which is today 3/7/23. Tech Luis amazingly, very polite and professional took his time and checked the all units and components, Luis explained why I was getting the fault codes and proceeded to work. I can say that I am very pleased with his experience and professionalism. Thank you Sydney for sending a great tech, and thank you Sabrina for taking the time to listen being understanding.

    They called and texted ahead of time and when they were on the way. Got there when promised. Juan explained everything he was doing and why all along the way. Recommended a maintenance plan that made sense and why. Checked the outside unit and helped clean it off. He is truly an asset to this company and will recommend them and him in the future.     Yost & Campbell did an excellent job replacing my HVAC System. The contractors were punctual, worked the entire time they were on the job, were extremely courteous, pleasant and answered my inquiries. They left the room where the system was installed more secure. Additionally, the contractors left the work areas spotless - they cleaned up and carted away everything. Above all, the heating system is working very well. I am sure that in the summer the air conditioner will also work well. Knowing that I can contact them with any inquiries or questions how to operate something on the system is a wonderful assurance.

    I highly recommend Yost & Campbell to any homeowner who wants a professional job very well done.

    Yost & Campbell focuses on people & service and it shows. When I had an issue with my boiler, Y&C came within 1-2 days, and Addison is there to articulate exactly what he's doing. When I needed a new central A/C replaced, Chris walked me through the options while listening to my needs and we agreed on the best fit for my home and budget. Thanks guys!

    Their claims of good customer service are a complete lie. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They will treat you well until you they get the first payment from you, then you are at the mercy of whoever they send for the installation. The installers are completely unsupervised so good luck. I could go on for pages about how terribly I was treated and how my house was damaged during the installation process, the company doesn't care that I'm unhappy. I am having to hire another company to make sure the installation was done correctly and Yost and Cambell is hounding me for money and threatening me in the meantime.
    They promised excellent customer service in the work proposal, they did not deliver, they are in breach of contract, not me.

    Your technicians were OUTSTANDING!!!... they very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had regarding my heater and future AC recommendations that I will eventually need. My apologies for not remembering their names, but thank you for service. I will definitely recommend Yost & Campbell to my neighbor's. THANK YOU!

    We lost heat and called Yost for an emergency after hours visit because the temperature was below freezing. Their technician arrived late and told us that the machine was broken. He was able to start it but it emitted too much CO2 to run. We had an unrelated repair done to our roof and asked if it is possible that debris clogged the exhaust, the technician insisted that it was not possible and we need to buy a new one. We spent a few days shopping around and after seeing how expensive heaters are, we called for a second opinion. Asked the new technician the same question about the debris, he took the 10 minutes to pull the exhaust pipe out the wall and there was debris completely blocking the exhaust. They cared more about trying to sell a new boiler than making sure my family had heat in the middle of winter.

    The service personnel who called on me spent the entire time telling me that my 15-year-old furnace (sold and installed by Yost and Campbell) was on its last legs and could fail at any time and needed to be replaced at cost more than twice what I had paid for the earlier installation. They also did not seem to be able to recognize that my one-pipe-steam system had a separate return for condensed water in the basement. I am told that a large portion of the earnings of service personnel is commission under the new ownership.

    Y&C has been extremely helpful and responsive. I engaged them to service my generator and they have done a great job. Their staff and technicians communicate well, are patient, and always friendly.
